Stayed here from 14th May to 21st May 2024. We arrived at the hotel approximately 22.00, we checked in and went to the bar area. What a great atmosphere!! People were very friendly. As we had missed the restaurant there was food left in the room for us :). The hotel is very clean, you can have your room tidied and towels changed everyday if you choose too. The breakfast was ok but the lunch and dinner certainly made up for it, quite a bit of choice and a microwave (clean) is there if you need to reheat your food. We did not go out to eat as the food was good!! The animation team was absolutely brilliant day and night !! If you did not want to join in they accepted it. There is a shop on site that sells almost everything but if you want to go out the marina is a short walk and not far from the beach. I'm not sure after reading some of the reviews if we were actually at the same place, I would definitely go back again with the family and have recommended it to people!!!

Excellent hotel, staff were brilliant spoke various languages. They were always polite and respectful. Rooms were clean and big even for a family still plenty of room. Food was good caters for everyone. Entertainment was excellent the people running the Entertainment got everyone involved it was all good fun. The pool area was a good size and stays in the sun for most of the day. Beach is about a 5 minute walk. Marina is about 10 mins. All with in easy reach. Old town is a 2 hour walk or about a 20 minute taxi ride between 20 to 30 dinar. About 8 to 10 pounds.

I feel this is the best hotel in the area, all the staff were friendly and the hotel was kept clean. The food was beautiful, and the evening entertainment you would pay good money for elsewhere. People moan about smoking inside but what you have to remember its not the uk. I would go back to this hotel no problem.

We booked this as a 10 night holiday for a pretty decent price and what we have gotten here is good! The animation team are absolutely fab! Especially Simo! His energy and positivity is amazing. All the team keep you updated on various activities that are going on, they don’t push or force you to get involved they just say “enjoy your book” or “enjoy your day see you later” nothing is to much for them! We’ve been all around and these guys are the best we have met. Every evening there’s dancing to various moves where they can teach you or you can go with a partner it’s such a wonderful atmosphere. Evening entertainment always kept us busy! The food is a bit of an “eeesh” we can acknowledge the fact that it does require improvement with variety but we personally didn’t find any issues finding something to eat! What we did eat was nice and tasty! Some/most of the rooms are slightly dated but we have seen them decorating them day by day along with other areas, we don’t notice them really but it’s nice to see them doing some painting around. The yellow sun-loungers are a bit hit and miss some dip and looser than others. Our room has no fridge in, where some other standard rooms did. Our air con doesn’t work but again, not a big thing for us but could be for others! Beds are comfy, again we’re really happy with it for what we’ve paid. When we got to our room we noticed the balcony door didn’t have a lock, which we weren’t to sure about as there was a room next door which could easily access our balcony, we reported this but no one has come to fix it. Which is why we can’t rate any higher. The pool is cold but also soooo refreshing when it’s so hot at times. The bar staff and waiters are absolutely fab, they’re very positive and helpful. We can’t say a bad word about them or animation team! Hotel shop is good, reasonably priced and good variety of things to buy along with essentials. WiFi is absolutely awful at times, can only really get signal in reception, but again, we’re not to fussed we like to have a read and relax. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted but can also see how it’s not for others which is why we rated a 4 because for us, it’s been a lovely holiday despite a few hiccups. We went for a walk outside the hotel to the marina, the beach, nothing special but enjoyed a wander. Be aware, if you don’t like smoking, they do smoke inside, except the lobby and inside restaurant. The entertainment area is inside and people can smoke shisha, cigs or vapes here. We didn’t really notice any of the smoke but we again understand this isn’t some people’s cup of tea. Overall, we would absolutely love nothing more than to come back as this was a hotel that catered for our needs and was worth the money we spent. If you’re expending 5* then it’s not quite the one but with time and money I think it could get there. It’s small and cosy everyone gets to know each other. We love this.

Rude bar staff They told us off that we are drinking on our holiday from 11am… No internet in hotel room. Poor food quality in restaurant. Cold and tasteless. Lack of cutlery in restaurant, glasses in bar, napkins, towels in rooms. Not recommended unfortunately

If you're looking for a good value for money hotel then this is definitely that. The animation team are really good, restaurant and bar staff friendly and welcoming and give exceptional service particularly Abed in the restaurant who went above and beyond with the bar man who does the shisha pipes. Bad points:- the Internet WIFI is extremely slow and only available in public areas. The food on the all inclusive is very repetitive with no ice cream so likely not suitable for families and consistency with food temperature isn't great. I was going to give 4 stars until several staff members who I won't name had apparently been requested by management to lie and manipulate guests into leaving 5 star reviews or allowing staff to fill in reviews for them and attempted to pressure me into leaving a review here. Hopefully trip advisor will investigate this. The pool and spa facilities are really good and the location is close to the local amenities too overall a good value hotel needing a bit of work and some training.

I will start off with the good points. The animation team is incredible and their enthusiasm and friendlyness is unrivaled. We had so much fun and unfortunately I did not get all their names but Simo and the young person with the ponytail always made us laugh. You will see a server with a red tie who runs the shishas, his service was excellent service and was always helpful. There is a pool and hockey table that can be played until the evening and also a decent sized outdoor pool, unfortunately there were not many sunbed covers. On to the rest. The other aspects of the stay were completely average but in terms of value for money, paying 300 pounds in May for 9 nights, you couldn't go wrong. I do wish the food was better, I found eggshells in my omelet so many times and anything not off the grill was luke-warm. The salad bar was great but there could have been more variety overall. The cheeses they use for the pizza is not nice and to be honest for the area as a whole we only found one place that did a proper one. The only other issue I found was lack of seats for dining, cloths being changed etc but again the staff were always kind and helpful which made up for this to an extent. Location is great, it is a 5 minute walk to the marina and all the local shops. Despite the food being a let down, overall it was not a bad trip, a clean room and friendly service made me feel that this trip was good value.

Terrible Hotel, but amazing Staff. We were there 10 days. Renovation work was being carried out, paint that smelled like Diesel. Drilling noise. The food was disgusting. Smoking is allowed in building, so if you want to watch evening entertainment you will have to breathe in secondary smoke. The chairs are all uncomfortable and low, the sun beds are sagging, the beds are hard and it is not a 4 Star hotel. This was the worse holiday we have ever had, and if you are used of decent standards you are going to be disappointed. On a good note, the reception staff are amazing, the waiters are lovely, the Animation Team Brilliant. The staff do everything to help you, we loved everyone including the sweet ladies of the Cleaning team. We will not return and are asking Love Holidays for some kind of a refund, as we were disappointed. Believe this review, I would not like to see another couple have to endure this sad place.
