服務態度太差，女老闆拉個臉開車像欠她錢一樣。還在古城裡，店家接送都不高興，房間隔音差，一人説話全部房間聽見。

首先訂了酒店先跟商家聯繫了，到了停車場説兩三分鐘就到，結果在降温的風中等了好久，老闆算不上熱情，也算不上不熱情，不會跟你介紹什麼，訂的房間有下午茶，老闆不會主動給，去問了以後，結果就是一壺放了茶葉的茶水和幾塊外面買來的帶着包裝的蘇糖，然後院子裏沒有風景可言，房間內設施也不好，床不舒服，洗手間裏面以為沐浴露洗髮露什麼的都是空的，走的時候跟老闆説，老闆回去看給回消息説是新換的，因為有空氣，所以沒壓出來，反正也沒洗成澡，晚上出去回來要敲門，老闆鎖門前不會問你有沒有回來，在村子裏逛了很多巷子都有酒店，他家的位置距離中心不算近，但是價格卻不低，很多都掛牌出來100多塊錢，環境要比這個好太多了，反正就是覺得鉅虧，絕對不會再去的一家店，另外：給送了一盒菊花茶

這家民宿有個庭院，兩棵桂花樹，一棵紫薇樹，特別是一棵正掛滿果實的野獼猴桃樹，可惜還沒成熟，要不就可以嚐嚐味道了，整個院子顯得很安靜。
我們因禍得福，因疫情來遊玩的客人很少，年輕的老闆給我們升級了最大的房間，寬敞舒適，竟然還有一個智能馬桶，太高級了，好好享受了一次智能馬桶的服務。
民宿挨着小溪，孩子喜歡玩兒。整個宏村不大，彎彎曲曲，幾個小時就走完了，適合休閑拍照。
老闆人不錯，迎來送往，車接車送。可惜衹停留了一晚，沒有好好享受在院子裏喝茶聊天的時光。
下次吧，下次來還會選擇住這裏。

臨來前一天訂的酒店，老闆和老闆娘很熱情小寶寶需要的東西多，很麻煩老闆，都給我提供了方便和服務，我和妹妹對這裏挺滿意的，房間住着也挺舒服的，乾淨整潔，小院子挺有感覺的，有機會你還會再來住

90後的小夥子老闆，人很好，房間我也很喜歡，出門接送的，我比較喜歡喝茶，老闆也給了不少水，唯一遺憾的美趕上下雨，如果下着小雨做在房間喝喝茶望着發發呆，是很愜意的事情，值得一提的是我們是晚上好飛機，老闆還免費讓我們在房間休息了3個小時，

酒店主人一家子服務態度很好，講話也是客客氣氣的，還開小電瓶車接送客人！
因為淡季人不多還給升級了房間，正好爬完黃山後有浴缸泡澡可以大大的緩解疲勞！
房間佈置的也很好！
住在宏村裡麪去哪裡逛都很方便！
提個建議，房間配的茶葉罐子蓋子有個缺口，應該儘早換掉，不然萬一傷到房客了就不好。
浴缸上方的小窗户那裡也可以考慮配個窗簾或者遮光的，不然夏天早上很早房間裏就亮了，喜歡在全黑環境睡覺的可能會受影響。不然就是自己備個眼罩！
房間隔音不好，能夠聽到樓上放水的聲音和院子裏的聲音，如果對噪音敏感的可以自己戴個耳塞。
