房間根本沒有收拾，礦泉水也沒有供應，淋浴房留有前面客人使用後的沐浴露，水杯損壞有缺口，wifi不能使用！空調失效！整個酒店前台僅有一人，不能及時處理問題，地上留有蟲屍，房間連電話機都沒有，為了水等問題跑了3次（距200米）還強買強賣，不讓退房，通過攜程平台整整耽誤了半天！收費515元/間，太可恥了！水盆明顯留有前客人的長髮（我愛人是短髮！）

臟亂差，辦好入住沒有打掃，等了半天才有人來打掃，入住兩天都沒有礦泉水，説斷水了，管理十分混亂。早餐饅頭也看到發黴的，品類極其少。入住後也從來沒有來打掃衞生。。十分差的住宿體驗十分不推薦！

房間不大，陽台的玻璃不乾淨。衞生間還算乾淨。毛巾和浴巾都是一次性的。梳頭髮的木梳也沒有的。我在攜程裏定的價錢370一間房。不實惠。就是離宜興竹海風景區很近。

唯一的優點就是離景點很近，如果對條件有要求的話建議住市區。感覺主要是接待旅遊團的酒店，連一次性拖鞋都不提供，早飯選擇很少，説明白一點就是大型農家樂。

預訂的是34平米的親子房，實際入住的是25平米的大床房加床，酒店提供的一次性毛巾和浴巾和圖片也不符，插座被床擋住，無法用來充電，一次性鞋子和礦泉水都要自己去前台領取，早餐時間是7:30～8:30，8:15去餐廳的時候就衹剩殘羹剩飯了，結果就吃了白饅頭、白煮蛋和白粥。

太差了，第一次這麼差的酒店，410的住宿費北京的酒店除了沒這個大，環境衞生，早餐都是可以的。這裏真的啥啥不行，衞生間不放紙，沒燈。房間等關不掉，還能單拉電線燈泡。早餐就煮雞蛋還是不夠的，剩下就玉米鹹菜白米粥饅頭紅湯大盆麪了。

先説房間，首先馬桶壞的，房間裏一股難聞的味道，到處掉皮，衞生條件也是一塌糊塗，房間都好像沒打擾過一樣，拖鞋也沒有一次性的，房間洗頭膏都沒有！再説早餐，服務員説七點半開始，然後我是八點過去的，結果啥都沒了，除了幾個饅頭和稀飯，再説服務，前台電話永遠沒人接，總之整體非常非常差，能不來的就不要來了，我是以為會比民宿好一些，實在失算

這是讓我非常不開心的入住體驗酒店管理一塌糊塗太度極其冷淡客房衞生間馬桶非常的張這次正好被我巧遇在客房走廊門口入住客人和酒店工作人員吵架説客房跟本沒有打掃直接讓客人入住早餐也實在差勁
