第一次住星野，先説説優點：
1、讀谷村星野依海而建，房間可以看大海看落日非常美，酒店綠植非常豐富且打理的很好，幾乎沒有太多蚊蟲的困擾。
2、酒店有幾個餐廳，in room dining還挺有特色的，口味也不錯。
3、酒店服務整體比較和善，充滿微笑。小孩子半夜發燒也第一時間給我們送來了冰寶貼。
説説缺點：
1、酒店房間的衞生打掃挺一般的，我們住的套房那個桌子我用濕紙巾擦了一遍都是黃黃的，然後酒店打掃的人員有一次打掃完沒有幫我們把房間大門關上，有一次浴缸的水沒有放掉，還有一次連被子也沒有幫我們整理。
2、酒店房間不太適合小寶寶，床的周圍是金屬床框還是很危險的，小小孩容易磕到。
3、酒店的泳池説是恆温的，不過我下了一次水感覺巨冷，但這個水温可能因人而異吧。
4、酒店的check in的地方的廁所是沒有母嬰室的，我們第一天去的時候寶寶拉屎了都沒有可以換尿布的地方。大堂辦理入住的人有很多，催促後是給解決了趕緊讓我們去了房間。
5、酒店設施不太穩定我們離開的那天早上酒店的熱水器壞了，房間沒有熱水。。。。
6、早餐種類特別單一，每天都是一樣的。。。

1. 雖說可以體驗騎馬，15.入住時居然說隔天早上額滿了，非常可惜
2. 基本上所有服務人員的英文程度都讓人堪憂，用房間電話預約早餐櫃檯人員居然沒辦法理解我的意思，導致晚上回飯店預約時兩間房分開的我們居然只能在7.40跟8.40分開在房間內吃早餐（所以為什麼不能一起送呢？
3.最後一天早上離開去機場時，因服務人員完全聽不懂英文，導致浪費了20分鐘釐清房帳，而我們從頭到尾一直說還沒付，最後才被載去結帳！
壞境很美服務人員也是友善但麻煩裡面的人需要精進他們的英文能力！作為一個知名飯店收取這麼昂貴的住宿費讓我覺得cp值低落

設施：酒店各方面的設施齊全，房間裏面的細節也非常人性化
衞生：總體來説比較乾淨，但是可能綠植比較多，又靠海的緣故，房間和衞生間裏面時不時會看到螞蟻和小飛蟲
服務：酒店工作人員都很熱情，有求必應，buggy響應速度很快，前台可以幫忙叫出租車，還會推薦一些好吃的飯店
酒店唯一的缺點就是地理位置實在是太偏了，出門衹能靠打車，隔壁是日航，但沒時間去。
我覺得最好的是衞生間裏從潔麪到乳液，一套齊全，如果不要求品牌的MM們，自己就不用帶護膚品了，直接用酒店提供的就可以了。
