Breakfast the next morning brought our entire family down; we suspect some unhygienic food caused everyone to suffer from diarrhea all day, severely impacting our plans for the following day. We reported it to the front desk, but they simply recorded it. By evening, during happy hour, the hotel pleasantly surprised us by sending up a sumptuous dinner, complete with desserts and fruits. This generous gesture surprisingly managed to whet the appetite of our family, who hadn't been able to eat anything all day. Later that evening, we tried out the swimming pool, whose facilities were also very impressive. However, despite the quality facilities, the Wi-Fi simply wouldn't connect, and the satellite TV was virtually useless. It feels like a hotel that genuinely strives for excellence and puts a lot of effort into its service, but it just falls slightly short of a true five-star experience."
