The hot water is not hot and the air conditioner is turned on at 28 degrees and cannot warm the room.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the entrance of the scenic spot. There is parking at the entrance and there is a restaurant next to it. The boss is very enthusiastic btw. The boss has two stores and the other one is better.

非常不好的一次住宿體驗，連照片都沒心情拍。看到的遊客多個心眼，考慮要不要住這家店！！！沒有熱水沒有熱水沒有熱水！離景區大門不算近，249元在去哪兒網拍的，這價位還算實在，衹不過沒有熱水沒有熱水沒有熱水！分在了3樓，帶着長者爬樓梯提行李，這也就算了，從下午4點進店就一直沒熱水，店家回覆是哪個房間一直開熱水把熱水用完了，正在燒，説等我們逛一圈回來就有了。晚上9點多回到房間，仍然沒熱水，水温持續在30度左右，無法洗澡。找了店家，除了態度好沒有解決問題的意思，各種搪塞。我提出換房間，或者去別的房間看看熱水情況，答覆是已滿員。後來找到一間開着的三人房，試了試水温，水小至少有熱水，店家才答應讓我們用那個房間洗漱。早晨退房，父親和做清潔的工人聊天，他們居然説知道這個房間的熱水是沒有。知道這個房間是沒熱水！！！這不是誠心欺騙嗎？帶着不滿，我們離開了芙蓉鎮，也留下了不好的印象，也許是我們**差住到了沒有熱水的房間，也許芙蓉鎮的所有民宿都是這個套路，誠心待客才會走的長遠，下次不來了。
