灑店外觀很大氣，但有點年頭了，裏面的毛巾顯得有點舊，其餘沒別的毛病。灑店裡有炒菜，個人覺得還是可以價格不貴，早餐簡單夠吃。

酒店的地理位置很好，停車也非常方便。客房總體感覺比較乾淨衞生，前台服務態度也很熱情！但可能是一樓比較潮濕的緣故吧，床頭板上有少許黴斑，建議平時加強通風與換氣，這樣，帶給客人的感覺可能會更好一些。推薦入住，綜合好評！

帶地名的賓館肯定是以前很好的，至少是當地政府的接待地點。園林式酒店，停車位很多。去年同樣時間來住過一晚，這次好像房間重新裝修過，設施要新一些，空調效果特好，服務還可以，前台兩位女士看到有人來了也還熱情。早餐有點失望，不要求太多式樣，也不要求西餐糕點，沅陵最有名的豬腳粉和小籠包總要給吧，下次期待改進。

環境很好，服務也挺好，就是太老了，很有滄桑感。252元這個價格不值，早餐人很少，品種也很少，味道還不錯。

酒店位置不錯，但設施嚴重老化，淋浴間門下擋水條不擋水，漏得洗手間地上都是水；酒店前台到房間，房間到餐廳有走不完的台階，非常不適合中老年人住宿；另外酒店的早餐品種少也沒有本地特色，希望今後能改進！

位置挺便利，而且有專屬的停車場，不過房間設施有些年了，有些舊。賓館比較大，找二樓餐廳有點繞，需要慢慢找。
