朋友極力推薦的，房價挺高，房間也不錯，結果服務真是感覺不咋的，首先説前廳，愛搭不理的，還有人上班嗑瓜子，這就是運城最好的酒店？退房時就一個服務員，讓開發票結果等了好長時間。好像店長過來了結果又把我的發票給了別人，真是醉了！晚上沒吃飯叫了餐，吃完後給前廳打電話，收拾一下，結果打了3個電話前後將近20分鐘才有人過來收拾！也許是真的住客太多了忙不過來？？？
晚上將近3點被蚊子咬醒的，找了一下沒找到蚊香液，給前台打電話説在牀頭櫃下面，自己找找。好吧，那就找唄，結果沒找到！又給前台打電話，説安排人送。好嘛，左等右等等不來人，將近10多分鐘傻傻的等着蚊香液不敢睡，就那麼傻坐着。等送過來也睡不着了。我是過來睡覺的，結果沒睡成，唉！
我就奇了怪了，是我太倒黴還是真的服務不好？？？真心是太失望了！

山西出差，網上反覆挑選，都是當地評分最高的的酒店，入住果然還是不錯的，設施比較齊全，送了迎賓水果和不限量的礦泉水，服務態度非常好，還有地下免費車庫，總體屬於商務輕奢的感覺，性價比非常高

酒店位置不錯，在大路旁邊，有停車場有停車管理人員幫着找位置指揮停車。前台服務人員態度好，熱情周到，前台還提供免費的小食品，房間乾淨整潔，有公共洗衣設施，早餐不錯。酒店後面的大街上有很多餐館，最後一張照片是酒店二樓陝西餐館。

來運城很多次了，這次讓我深感驚喜，在網上看了這個酒店評價超棒，定了房間，沒想到幸福接踵而來，事前的微信溝通讓人很舒心，到酒店後前台的熱情接待完全超越5星服務水平，來到房間更是驚喜，還有水果，很是乾淨，第二天外出辦事，需要早早出去，趕不上吃早餐，前台陳麥宇美女還給我拿了麪包和酸奶，太感謝了！總之在這家酒店，衹有你想不到的，沒有店家做不到的，全程熱情專業，温馨細緻的服務更是讓人感動，強烈推薦這家酒店，也祝酒店生意興隆！！！

酒店住了很多，這次算是特別滿意的，我看攜程酒店排行榜選的，聽酒店名字就很高大上，但實際超出期待。首先，交通方面，酒店這邊有免費接機場和高鐵的專車，非常方便，
其次，酒店還有免費的下午茶，，前台的服務也很棒，特別是陳宇小姐姐，雖然第一次住但很親近。還送了一份水果，然後，房間是一點煙味異味沒有，挺乾淨的，住的很滿意！旁邊還有大超市和小型便利店，買東西很方便。周邊吃飯的地方也很多，對面全是飯店，大盤雞很好吃😋！下次路過還選這個酒店！

出來玩兒，一定要乾淨整潔寬敞舒服，地理位置也不能太遠，經過多家對比，選擇了美巢。前台小姐姐劉麥宇熱情温柔，主動告訴我們周邊遊玩攻略，看到我們一行人有長者和孩子會主動介紹適合我們吃飯的地方，回覆信息非常及時。房間給安排的也是同樓層，佈置的簡約大方，有到家的放鬆感。床單被套一客一換，房間也無任何異味。窗户能看到遠處，現在正是春天萬物復甦，看到窗外綠綠的樹心情也很好。因為行程原因衹住了一晚，以後有機會依然會選擇美巢，推薦給大家。

酒店地理位置優越、靠近市中心，附近商場繁華，逛街吃飯都很豐富多彩，停車也方便，根本不需要考慮停車問題，剛來到前台 前台紅苗小姐姐就給了瓶水 ，大廳還有免費的水果和零食，可以隨便取，服務不用擔心顧慮、非常熱情，提前都會發送短訊或者電話溝通、告知入住條件和路線問題，會節省減少不必要的麻煩，房間裝修大方有情調、設施先進、自助早餐很有特色，下次還會再來。

位置很好，距離鹽池不遠，餐飲交通都很方便，門口還有共享電動車🛵，晚上吃完飯騎着去鹽池吹吹風，簡直太愜意啦。最喜歡房間的淋浴設施，出水量大。還給放了一次性馬桶墊，很細心。我們剛到酒店時因為沒車位，前台陳艷茹小姐姐讓把鑰匙放在前台，一會可以幫忙挪車，服務太好了吧！下次還來！

設施：每層電梯門口都有礦泉水，一樓有冰鎮的礦泉水，5樓還有洗衣房。
服務：前台劉麥宇服務特別好！！幫我拿了隱形眼鏡液和眼鏡盒，免費的！還推薦了附近好玩的地方，非常感謝！
