Good: service , free shuttle service to the station, friendly staff , using l'occitane products Could be improved: breakfast with limited choices , kind of dissapointed. Booked a triple room and I can hear people talking beside the room ( poor soundproof )

Beautiful hotel!! Even though hotel was a few streets away from the station BUT free shuttle service is available. Hotel service was so good including free consultation on activity planning in Zermatt. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I’m coming back to Zermatt in future!!

Room is as expected ,very clean and good view of mountain . The restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. Recommend for family vacation.

The location is good for viewing the Matterhorn, but you have to reserve a room facing the Matterhorn. You can't see the room on the other side. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but unfortunately you need to pay 16 francs at your own expense. The cost is a bit high, but if you have a lot of luggage In this case, it is more convenient to pay for the connection. In addition, the hotel was very considerate and prepared small desserts for us to enjoy in the room.

The lively town is full of various hotels. Our room faced the Matterhorn. Sitting quietly on the terrace with a cup of coffee and watching the different scenes of the Matterhorn was the most pleasant time of our trip.

The hotel is very comfortable inside and out, the room is big, and the scenery is super beautiful. The quality of the food in the morning is good, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. Both adults and children like this hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. I used it around 7:30, and there were plenty of seats, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.

In addition to being expensive, the room is still very big. Our room is not a Matterhorn room, but it is also very beautiful to see the mountain train. There is a piano performance in the hotel at night, and the bar is still very lively. The hotel's  The temperature of the outdoor hot spring pool is very low, very cold, below 25 degrees! it's too cold! The restaurant needs to be reserved in advance, and the steak is not bad! The breakfast is also very rich, with fresh full-page honeycombs and delicious! If the weather is good at the entrance of the hotel, you can see the Matterhorn clearly! The hotel is also close to the train station! 10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car!

The service staff are fun and enthusiastic. They also help to pick up checked luggage at the station and deliver it directly to the room. The location is also very good. If I have the opportunity to go there again in the future, I will definitely choose it first.

The views of the Matterhorn and town from the hotel room and pool were the best! The room and breakfast were somewhat disappointing, but it was also convenient to use the shuttle car to and from Zermatt Station.

Overlooking the mountains at 180 degrees, we received good service, clean rooms.
