It was the owner of the homestay. The location of this store is particularly good. It is a good place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Miss sister is very good to explain the attractions for us to prepare food and drive us to watch the sunset at night to see the stars. There are so many stars. This is unexpected. I am very happy to see so many stars on the mountain. This is not seen in the city. The next morning at five o'clock and called to inform We got up to watch the sunrise very carefully and enthusiastically ❤️ finally saw the beautiful sunrise, and also helped us take very beautiful photos. It was like a professional photographer. Later, we drove us to play and showed us a lot of essence attractions. Like a tour guide, very professional, we avoided a lot of detours and saved a lot of time. Later, there were a few attractions. She also wrote us a text version of the play guide. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the east gate of the National Forest Park. When I said I had a lot of luggage, Xiao Luo, the front desk lady, came to help me immediately, and also upgraded our room type for free: the room is spacious and tidy, the decoration is very warm, the furniture and bathroom sanitary ware are great, and there are disposable toilet covers, which are clean and hygienic and can be used with confidence. In particular, the front desk staff are proactive, enthusiastic, and polite. They treat guests like family and respond to every request. Let us enjoy the warmth and comfort.

Very nice place, close to the east entrance, 5min by walk and close to the bus station ! Lots of place to eat around They explain me the road for the hike and walk in the mountain and even help me to book the ticket ! Highly recommend was a perfect stay !!

It is very close to the scenic spot and very convenient. The dishes cooked by the boss taste good. Don't use the door-to-door massage in the room. There are too many extra items. They keep selling Miao medicine. At the beginning, it was 60 yuan per person. They sprayed the medicine into their mouths to show the effect. I was dumbfounded. In the end, in order to make them shut up, I gave them 22 yuan more per person. Finally, it didn't hurt. Summary: You can stay in the homestay, but don't call the massage phone in the room. No one will say a word when you call.

The boss man and lady were the highlight of this hotel! They were so helpful in helping us plan our itinerary everyday, and were just genuinely nice people who gave us fruit and snacks whenever they would see us. We felt so taken care of here. The location is also excellent, walkable to the park entrance. Highly recommend!

They can help booking the Zhangjiajie ticket with discount (advance booking), gave me a map and guided/planned the route in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Room: Clean and nice.

I love the hotel location which is at a quiet neighbourhood, 10 mins walk to the main food street and 15 mins leisure walk to the east gate of forest park. The receptionist was helpful to book the attraction tickets at discounted price and provided all the necessary information. I had an upgraded room which was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking the stream. Breakfast was above average, enough to keep us filling. Highly recommended.

Great Location and Friendly Staff especially front desk for two nights in November 2024 during a family vacation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The hoteis in a fantastic location, just a short walk from restaurant and popular attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

I contacted this hotel before arriving. He assisted me to book the Zhangjiajie and others ticket and provided me many necessary information for traveling around here. The hotel is located 10 mins away from Wulingyuan east gate by walk. The owner is very nice, he is enthusiastic to assist and provide me anything that he can do for me. Million thanks and I will recommend your hotel for everyone who visit Wulingyuan. And there are not too much restaurants but many shops for snacks and drinks. I love it!

Very good service in give National Forest guide direction For people who first time coming to Zhangjiajie like us, this hotel has very good service. They provide some staff that assist tourists to get a guide direction in Zhangjiajie National Forest route. This national forest park is very huge. The entrance ticket is available for 4 days visit. So you can imagine how big this area is. Therefore, if you do not have enough time, you need a brief information that helps us arrange the excellent routes so that we can get the point of view and enjoy it. That is the purpose of this staff, to help us, bravo! Thanks to Huan Huan, female staff, your instruction is awesome. The hotel room is spacious enough, but lacks of wardrobe. Breakfast is amazing with many varian cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. The kind thing is this hotel put drinking water (bottles) everywhere. It is very pleasant, so hotel guests do not worry about drinking anymore. One more satisfying thing is the drain shower. The water pressure is strong but soft. Getting our body washed with a treatment like this after a tiring journey is very enjoyable.
