"The hotel is new and clean. There's underground parking with charging stations. It has central air conditioning, and the family rooms have bay windows with stunning sea views. There are slippers, toothbrushes, towels, a toilet seat, and even a smart speaker for kids – my child absolutely loves it! There's a restaurant on the second floor and a laundry room and gym on the third floor, so you can even lift weights while waiting for your clothes – perfect! There are many residential areas nearby with plenty of food stalls."

"Staff are friendly and professional. Check in was smooth. They provided a welcome fruit plate (an apple, a pear and an orange) which was delivered by a robot. Love the free self laundry service (3 washing machines and 3 dryers) as you don't find this at most of the hotels. Excellent breakfast with varieties. I love the noodle bar which provides freshly made wonton. The hotel also offers late night snacks with steam buns, freshly made wonton noodles from noodle bar and fried noodles. Room is spacious. The only complaint is there are no restaurants right at the hotel or next door. However, there is a 7/11 to grab quick snacks."

"Staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lobby, to the cleaners or the catering staff onsite. The hotel itself was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspects of the design and finishing. In general I would say it has a much higher quality standards than most multi chain contemporary style hotels I have stayed it throughout China. The hotel offered a complimentary tea and mid night snack with the booking which was very decent as a light snack and the breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from. The location itself is very good for the beach as only minutes away. Only downside is the limited selection of eating venues local to the hotel."

"This time I brought my child to Zhanjiang for medical treatment and stayed at Atour Hotel. The hotel service was very enthusiastic, the room temperature was comfortable, the items were delivered quickly, and I was very satisfied with the stay. After returning to my hometown, I had to deal with hospital reimbursement matters as I came back in a hurry and forgot to print out some documents. That night, I contacted the hotel front desk and asked for help in printing. After receiving the call, the front desk clerk Mile agreed to help me with this request. From morning to afternoon the next day, Mile and Yufei, the two front desk clerks, have been helping me deal with this matter. I am especially grateful. There is always unexpected warmth in life, and I am so lucky to meet good people and noble people."

"All the newly renovated room types selected, the rooms without decoration are old and abandoned. The newly renovated room is relatively large, and there is a large table for more than two people to use at the same time. The decoration is stylish and the color is simple and elegant. The hotel's Chinese restaurant can drink morning tea, there are more people during the Spring Festival, but the taste and price are not bad."

"The location of the hotel is easy to find and convenient for travel. There is a bus stop at the door. The beautiful girl at the front desk will greet you and send you lemon tea. Check-in is very fast. I am very satisfied with the floor arrangement. The room is clean and hygienic, without any odor. The bed is very comfortable. There is a laundry room and gym on the 3rd floor. "I looked at several twin rooms and they were relatively small, and the big bed was not enough to sleep in. This one happened to have a family room, so I chose this one, but I didn’t expect to be disappointed! Before booking the room, I read several comments about the leakage in the shower room of the family room. I deliberately asked the customer service online and said it had been fixed before I continued to book. Unexpectedly, it was not fixed at all! When the child started taking a bath, we heard the sound of water rushing outside, and the water flowed all the way to the bottom of the bed. We called the front desk and asked an aunt to come over and said that there was no way to get it, and there were no rooms of the same type. The front desk asked us if we could. Give us a bath in the other room, and then continue to sleep in the original room. . . We were speechless. In the end, we insisted on changing rooms and got a twin room. The price difference was not mentioned at all. I really don’t recommend booking this room! If you receive the key to 608, it is recommended to check it carefully or change the room directly! It's the glass wall connecting the shower room to the room. The beautiful seam of the tiles in the lower frame is gone, and the water flows out!"

"The overall stay experience was very good. The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities are very new, and the room design is stylish. The sanitation is good and the bedding is very clean. Staff service is friendly. The fly in the ointment is that the room facing the street will be a bit noisy in the morning, and the breakfast type can be richer.
