真心不想提，除了在景區裏面沒有其他優勢了。房間實在太舊了，設施真的跟不上，但價格擺在那，適合背包友住。一共開了4間房，空調不製冷熱到救命後沒入住就直接退房在景區門口重新開房入住

全體前台服務熱情耐心解答，房間已翻新整體設施較為簡陋。贈送的早餐也簡單到不能再簡單我都不好意思發照片出來，但春節假期間此房價（減除入園票後）還含上山交通車接載性價比高。

景區內酒店，晚上6點後可免門票，電話預約前台觀光車接。比較陳舊的酒店。沒電梯，窗外山邊，晚上窗外小昆蟲叫得很響（睡覺有點吵）😂景區內觀光車票衹限當日使用。

差評差評差評！從來沒有給過差評的人，大年初三赤口遇上這奇粑簡直要破口大罵！難怪死活不肯取消訂單，願你早日倒閉，不要為禍人間！！！還要自費電瓶車下山，黑店來了你要難忘一輩子。

肇慶鼎湖避暑山莊建在鼎湖山景區內，步行上山和大巴上山的分叉口。酒店建造時間比較久，設施比較老舊，但是房間內的床上用品看着很乾凈，床褥乾燥。前台服務人員熱情，耐心。晚上6點進山免門票。晚上開着紗窗睡覺，温度適宜，呼吸着山中的新鮮空氣，安靜得睡一整晚。不錯的入住體驗。

在景區半山腰，坐觀光車方便，但設施偏老舊。園區吃東西也方便，但就是偏貴，而且最好要先訂定。建議6點後出景區吃晚飯，選擇性高，而且價格合理些。

酒店是裝修扇過灰，但部分設施仍是老舊，如果不刻意注重倒不影響心情，主要的床鋪還好，不影響睡眠質量，及房間都很大，所以續住了一晚。
缺點就是房間的隔音很差，第一晚上聽到隔房的2個男人在聊天。第二晚聽到另一台客人裏的一個女的10多分鐘的X聲音。
如果沒有買門票，衹能在18點後入住，可以通知前台叫電瓶車到門票處接入酒店，但不送離酒店，門票處離酒店1公里。
服務員的態度都很好，沒早餐提供，可以在旁邊的小食店買早餐，山裡的價格相對山腳的貴一點。
第二天傍晚出山腳吃晚飯後，在門票處打前台+************電話30多分鐘沒人接聽（攜程網頁上衹有這個電話），後來在某團上找到+************才找到前台派車來接入酒店。前台説+************電話沒響過，可能壞了！

受疫情影響長時間沒有使用，酒店整體情況一般般，湊合住。勝在位置好，在鼎湖山景區裏面，晚上可以免門票進景區，不用早起排隊。
