The front desk service was good, and they took the initiative to change our room to a larger one. The interior was newly painted, the bedding was quite new, and it was clean and hygienic. However, there was no toothbrush provided, so we went down to pick it up. It's probably because my aunt forgot to put it in after cleaning. It's very quiet, and the room has good sound insulation, which does not affect sleep

訂了個行政大床房，房間非常狹小，基本就是快捷酒店點水平，酒店服務很差，叫了外賣不讓送上來，也不幫忙送。早餐品種非常少，總之性價比非常低，不如選個便宜點的快捷住。

地理位置優越，距離地鐵站步行十分鐘，鄭大一對面。
標準大床無窗都是在走廊的最後一間，9字結尾，609.909這樣，其實説是無窗但因為是最末尾貼着牆，有一扇小窗正好是書桌擺放的位置。
房間佈局合理，衞生間乾濕分離，早餐味道還行，胡辣湯好吃。五樓有自助洗衣房，但是洗衣液需要自備或者另外購買。

住宿條件挺好，乾淨衞生，設施也比較新。整體很好，唯一一點孩子看電視時，電視網絡反應過慢，還需要返回幾次。

住過幾次了，都還不錯，但是這次完全沒怎麼睡好，房間靠近路邊，半夜火車很吵，還不隔音，聽着隔壁的呼嚕聲到三點多，然後詭異的是剛要睡着三四點電視自己自動開了，驚的我。。。很無語，結果上午也沒出去辦事就在補覺了。

入住噪音大早上八點被吵醒以為是旁邊房間手機震動實在受不了打前台電話 催了兩次來個男士説是中央空調機器問題有共振，整個感覺就是頭嗡嗡的，等他們來的房間聽聲音的時候我收拾好行李要退房，要求退我一半房費在前台吵了快兩個小時不解決找攜程客服處理好了，態度太敷衍了
因家裡長者住院我在這酒店訂過好幾次房了，但是這次實在是噪音大影響休息，本來回來都一點多了晚上喝點酒就睡了，早上八點被吵醒，又投訴處理弄到十一點半才走，還説就我一個人説吵，截圖評價也是今年五月入住，我上週住也沒感覺像這次這麼吵，前台和另一個女領導處理問題太差勁，一點一點敷衍你，這是價格醫院周邊算最貴的酒店了，既然選擇住這就不是差錢的事，先説不收66升級費 又送兩張50元代金卷分兩次使用，最後又説兩張五十可以一起用，最後讓攜程客服處理
提醒各位入住一定走平台，不然被吭你權益都維護不了，明明是噪音説我睡覺輕別人沒投訴就我一個人投訴，各位在醫院照顧後病人睡覺輕的慎訂！以免酒店説你睡覺輕酒店沒問題都是我們太挑剔
我現在去哪網繼續差評！證明我是訂過好幾次的人，不是故意找麻煩
