You can take a taxi or drive in. The six-seater car we took is very spacious. #Parking is convenient, park at the door. #Cost-effectiveness is very suitable for a family trip. There are audio-visual rooms, mahjong machines, KTV, game rooms, billiards, outdoor barbecues... Once you enter, you don’t have to go out again. And there is a police station 100 meters away from the villa, and the public security feels good.

I rented Guishu Phase 3 with my friends for a Chinese New Year party. We were very satisfied with the venue. Even though the price increased during the Chinese New Year, it was still reasonable. The decoration is very suitable for our family gatherings. It is light luxury and warm. I have to praise the kitchen and entertainment equipment. The kitchen is very large and has enough kitchenware to meet all kinds of cooking methods! The entertainment equipment can make adults and children play and don’t want to leave. The rooms are spacious and equipped with independent bathrooms. It’s great! I will look for Guishu when I go to other places for a party in the future!

My colleagues stayed in this villa for their birthday. It was their second time staying there. It was my first time. It felt better than expected. But as a clean freak, I felt the toilet was just so-so. The floor was wet after taking a shower. There was no place to put shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, so they had to put them on the floor or on the washstand. The toilet was not very good either. Anyway, I went there twice. There was no TV in the room. But the clothes were very big and comfortable, which was beyond my expectation. My favorite part was the balcony for barbecue. There was no light at first, but the landlord called a technician to help connect it. The cold and warm lights were very warm when they were turned on. Unfortunately, the police came to visit us at a little after 10 or 11 in the middle of the night and said that we were disturbing the neighbors next door. You can't barbecue on the roof around 10 o'clock. It was a bit disappointing. I almost got fined (the police said that this homestay is often fined for this). We wanted to have fun. But it was true that we couldn't disturb others. There was no light on the balcony. So most people went to bed after playing for a little after 1 o'clock. Overall, both the landlord and the villa can be given a good rating for comfort. If the toilet can be improved, there is not enough hot water for bathing at night. There were more than a dozen of us and half of us had to take a shower with cold water in the middle of the night. It was very frustrating. So you have to tell the landlord in advance. The refrigerator is not cold enough. There is a small shop at the entrance with a lot of things. It is best to buy everything during the day. You can bring some fruits with you. Or you can bring some with you, which is more practical haha
