I arrived at the hotel in the early morning and it took less than 30 minutes from check-in to departure. When I entered, I found that it was very dirty and I was troubled. But since it was too late, I thought of taking a shower for the night, but after taking a shower, I saw stains on the sofa and on the floor. There were hairs too. In the end, I struggled for a while and didn't even open the quilt. I checked out and took a taxi home. When I left, the front desk staff asked me why I couldn't stay anymore. I said it was too dirty! Afterwards, I reported the matter to Ctrip customer service, who was very active in helping to communicate and negotiate. After many negotiations, the hotel finally refused to cancel the stay. Because I had indeed taken a shower, I thought I could refund at least half of it, but the result was also a refusal! I didn't take any photos to keep evidence. I saw a Didi driver take the order and leave immediately. The hotel said that I had already taken a shower and the hotel was clean and hygienic. They refused to cancel my stay without any problem. The room for 185 nights was really good. There's nothing left to say! But I am very grateful to Ctrip customer service for helping to win half of the compensation through repeated communication.

Booked based on the music festival, the hotel environment is average! Comparison of prices is there! The price-performance ratio is still acceptable, but the sanitation was not cleaned during the two days I stayed there, and the garbage was not collected. The nearby hotels are similar.
