民宿在下洲村，是很放鬆的地方，對舊屋進行了頗有特色的改造，乾淨舒服，下雨天就窩在房間裏看個投屏電影，希望下次還有機會過來！

訂的房間顯示是有早餐的，還是三人份，到了什麼都沒有，讓去鎮上吃什麼特色小吃。吃的東西跟別的地方也是一樣的。沒有早餐不要寫，包含了又説沒有什麼意思。不是虛假宣傳嗎這？

周圍環境確實充滿鄉村氣息，不過夜晚感覺有點陰深，昨晚分很大，屋頂的不知道什麼東西吹得很響，好像有人敲門一樣，半夜偶爾聽到這種聲音很恐怖，整晚都睡不好，居然用儲水式熱水器，浴缸還沒有放一半水就沒有熱水了，要等半小時，這個體驗感最差，暖氣又不夠暖，中途居然停電了，我還是第一次出外住民宿停電的。

老闆幫忙升級了房型，裝修很有格調，在這一片的民宿裏算是很不錯的，乾淨衞生態度好，帶智能馬桶和投影儀！去温泉走路20分鐘，也可以自駕過夜打車～

環境：一片都是舊房子改造的現在民俗、裏面的設施挺好的。説實話、很現代化！周邊都是舊房子、跟圖片宣傳不一樣，但是裏面的裝修可以。
衞生：這裏最好的就是阿姨了、熱情滿滿
服務：這家民宿主打回歸田野，民俗在我們眼中就是家的感覺、第一次遇到入住登記的時候，老闆很兇的説：幹嘛！這就算了、也沒有道歉。我們一開始是2個人住、我説朋友不走了可以升級多人間麼？跟我們介紹有麻將桌，隨之説電源線沒買、白期待了。溝通的過程説給我們4份早餐、我説我們升級房間了本來就4人間。4份早飯吧。她一直強調説她私下給我們優惠價格了。我無話可説。首先、麻將桌應該提前説、真誠道歉就可以了。沒必要直接用早餐搪塞我。我們走的那天、老闆跟別人聊天、看到我們。直接忽略啊哈哈哈。第一次見這樣子的民俗。不要打着返鄉創業人員的口號啦。
設施：比較健全。
滿意程度：除了老闆一直強調説給我們優惠價格的開始。一直搪塞我們。我們原本定的房間506，2人間。然後現場升級補了300 也就是4人806，其實當天網上價格819。其實也沒有給我們多大划算。何必為了這些錢擺高自己的姿態呢
