"Everything are good in this hotel , we have 2 room feels very good at all. But the guy in the gym is so mean, to my 17 and 18 years old kids, he came up to them for no reason, make them feel they are stranger not in hotel guest, ask them ” what are you doing here ? ? He is so rude and less educated , this is reason i give 1 star, pls ask him do not scare in house guest if they looks young enough!!!"
