整體裝修環境不錯，早餐亟待提升，早上沒什麼吃的，感覺性價比不高。沒有洗衣液，沒有香皂，沒有一次性刮鬍刀。

昨晚上12點多入住，辦入住的前台態度很差勁兒，很不耐煩，維也納好歹也是個連鎖的牌子，竹山也是一個旅遊城市，這前台服務人員，服務態度差的一塌糊塗，搞得欠她錢一樣，既然做了服務工作，就要有個端正的態度，不然就別出來上班了，這條評論希望該部門經理能看到，加強培訓……

早期這個店 服務衞生均同等價位比較優秀 設施 酒店佈置挺好
衞生做的一般 訂的標間 房間很大煙味 開窗 開空調 灑香水都遮不住 入住的晚 就沒有找前台換房間
維也納 連鎖品牌 這個狀況 是讓人有點失望的 特別在縣城 這個價格溢價很多的 沒體現出性價比

整體裝修環境不錯，設施完善。但是，早餐亟待提升，連咖啡都沒有，食物品種不好貌似十堰這邊的酒店都不提供咖啡嗎？三樓餐廳菜單價格和實際收費不是明碼標價的，收費與菜單不符，現在也算是難得一見的事情。
