I was genuinely surprised to get Tianmen Mountain views at this price point! The sight of the cable cars passing right by the window was truly captivating. Transportation was also incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Zhangjiajie!

The hotel is well decorated, clean and hygienic, eating is very convenient, very good, you can rest assured.

The owner met me warmly and treated with some local tea. She also suggested good plan for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park due to my own time schedule and helped to book entrance ticket with unlimited cablecars and one time Bailong Elevator for just 485CNY, which was really reasonable. The room also was clean, bedsheets are fresh. There is a great view from the window on a bright and busy street with lots of street food at evening. Once, I forgot my room card inside, and came back home at 2am, but owner helped me to open my room at that late time! After check-out, she gifted me another local tea package, which was very lovely. National Park is a must-visit place in China and I would definitely stay here again next time!

The boss lady is very polite. The environment is not as good as a star-rated hotel, but it is also worthy of the word hotel. All aspects are still OK.

The homestay is on the pedestrian street, and there are shops downstairs. It is convenient to travel, but the nightlife of Changsha people is more lively. It is still very noisy at one or two o'clock at night. There are elderly people getting up early in the morning to exercise and rest is not very good. In addition, there are cockroaches in the room, the size of rice grains, once found on the small table of the kettle, once found on the bedside table, busy killing and did not have time to take a picture. The sheets were clean and the bath was hot enough, but the water was not good. There was a thin layer of water the next morning, and I walked carefully for fear of slipping.

The experience of staying at the homestay was great! The rooms are spacious and warm, the bedding is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The boss is hospitable and the service is intimate. I really can't fault it. I will come next time!

The location is good, the bus terminal, long-distance bus station and railway station are all next to the hotel. It is a few hundred meters away from the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car, which is worth recommending.

Environment: The overall decor was exactly like the pictures online, and most importantly, it was brand new! From the ambiance to the decor, the bedding was spotlessly white! It was clear they'd taken great care of their cleanliness! Disposable utensils were also fully stocked! Service: The hostess was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage! She always greeted us after each trip and even asked for travel tips. We stayed two nights. There was a balcony for drying clothes, and there was even a dryer! It was a great experience and I'd definitely stay here again. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's only about 300 to 400 meters from the east gate of the scenic area, so it only takes two minutes to get there. It's very convenient! Highly recommended!
