Very near the Furong Waterfalls 2 days before, the hotel staff started communicating with us through We chat. The complimentary travel from Furongzhen to the Inn is a big help. They helped us purchase tickets to the ancient town. The inn is located inside the ancient town, hence the need to purchase a ticket first before we check-in. The Furong waterfalls are near the area. The cultural show at night is a big plus. Breakfast is served in the seating place with the view of the river.

Very good hotel/guesthouse. Very genuine and warm hosts. Helped me with planning and answered all my questions with regards to my time in Zhangjiajie. Location is just a few minutes walk to Tianmen Mountain. There is a bus station about 5-10 min walk that takes you straight to the zhangjiajie national park for 13 rmb. Countless food options and convenient stores right next door. Good stable wifi. Hot water was nice and stable and had no issues even with long showers. I slept well and had 0 issues with noise isolation at night. Only downside may be that it's a 5 story building with no elevator; the genuine love and energy from the host along with every other pro more than makes up for it. Absolutely amazing value for the money and will stay here again next time if when I'm in town

We enjoyed our stay at Hetianwan Inn a lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got free water everyday when we left or came back to the hotel. The staff was able to answer all our questions regarding how to get to the Nationalpark, the hikes etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were even guided to the restaurant by them.

Furong Ancient Town isn’t accessible by car in its main attraction area, as the town is beautifully built along a river that flows into a majestic waterfall. This B&B is perfectly located, about a 5-minute stroll from the main car park, and sits right next to the riverside. Depending on the room you book, you may be treated to river views and even a partial view of the waterfall. We were lucky to have both. However, it’s worth noting that some inner rooms don’t have any views, so it’s best to confirm when booking. The B&B also has a convenient adjoining restaurant. You can dine indoors or head up to the rooftop open-air seating area, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the town and river, perfect for a relaxed meal with a scenic backdrop. Rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The owner is incredibly helpful. We arranged our arrival via Trip.com message chat, and he kindly waited for us at the Furong Railway Station to pick us up. One thing to note, depending on your preferences, is the presence of bars nearby. There’s live music and a lively atmosphere in the evening, which can be a plus if you enjoy a drink or two with some music. However, if you value peace and quiet, the sound might be noticeable until it winds down around 11 PM. As with most ancient towns these days, nightlife has become part of the experience. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or consider booking a room away from the main area. Overall, a great stay in an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

Perfect homestay in Zhangjiajie National Park. The rooms are amazing, spacious and huge bath with great views. The owner is so kind and attentive, she drove us to the national park entrance (5 min drive). She helped us plan our excursion to the national park too. Breakfast on site or they will provide a packed lunch for early starts. It is around 30 mins in a DiDi to Zhangjiajie city but this was perfect for the kind of rural stay we wanted. Would highly recommend!

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed, we slept really well. The large window also brought in plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, and the staff were very attentive. They even called us in advance to confirm our arrival time and ask if we needed any assistance. Since the hotel is in a pedestrian area, they kindly carried our bags from the car and even took us to the train station. The host gave us tips on what to do in the city and even accompanied us. The hotel also has a private viewpoint overlooking the waterfall. He recommended some restaurants and bars as well, and the one we tried was good.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts really made sure to be there always to help with figuring out where to go, to help buying tickets at discount and with any other issue. I had an amazing stay, will definitely recommend. The location is also very good, just a 20 minute walk from the north gate of the park.

This hotel Is Amazing...The staff Number 1! Very clean everywhere. The manager gives to me a upgrade room , very nice view...Principal in the night, you can see all lights of the city! Really i am soo suprised about ...I dont expect! No worlds to explain how i was here in this Magical Place! It Is a family hotel soo you feell like in home. Came here! Its a very good choice!

The guesthouse is incredibly close to the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. The owner has fantastic taste; it's a shame we were in such a rush this time that we couldn't fully enjoy the stay. On the first floor, they also have a variety of creative souvenirs. I bought my daughter some duckies, and she absolutely adored them! After a morning of hiking, a lovely bath in the evening completely washed away all my aches and pains. The guesthouse's towels were incredibly soft, which really shows how much care the owner puts into the details. Erdaobaihe Town is absolutely beautiful; I particularly enjoyed strolling through the parks. I truly hope to bring my daughter back here again someday!
