Guest UserOnline in person registration should be illegal lmao, what are humans for then?
I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb.
Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language.
Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel.
I would recommend it, good value!
Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.

The hotel staff is friendly, provides a free pass for the city transportation on the date of stay, rich breakfast, slightly smaller rooms and showers, but new and well equipped.

AlagongbiliniusishanquyingbuThis was the most high-tech room we've stayed in during our Europe trip so far. Everything was great except for the slightly small size. The mini-fridge was complimentary with drinks and beer, and the breakfast spread was generous. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere. The room was clean. Overall, I recommend it.

Anonymous UserThis was my second stay here. Just like last time, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making for a very comfortable visit.
This time I booked the cheapest room, so I was on a lower floor, but I didn't find it inconvenient at all. I actually enjoyed watching the trains go by on the tracks next door.
The breakfast was as delicious as I remembered from my last visit. From the 15th-floor restaurant, the weather was beautiful, and I had a clear view of the distant mountains.
It was very hot during my stay, but the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool.
The room itself was functional and easy to use, though it didn't come with a coffee cup or kettle. We brought our own water heater, but it looked like you could buy coffee and other drinks from the vending machines on the first floor if you needed something.
The coke, beer, and sparkling water in the mini-fridge were complimentary.

Guest UserThe hotel allowed early check-in which is really impressive. I googled that this hotel was founded in 2024. This explained why the facilities and decoration were good.
What I requested during my booking online were all fulfilled. A big thank you to Harry’s Home!
The room is spacious and comfy. Having the toilet and bathroom separated is a very good idea. There are a lot of storage space.
Hotel location is very good too. Just five minutes of walk then you will reach the train station and bus terminus. Three minutes walk then you will be in a more with shops and supermarket.
The hotel staff members are all very nice and helpful.

I emailed the hotel in advance to ask if they could help me apply for the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket, and they replied very promptly. This meant I could take the tram from the train station directly to the hotel, which was not only convenient but also saved me a lot of effort, even though it probably wasn't a long walk anyway. Tram lines 2, 12, and 21 are nearby, making it super easy to get around by tram. The station had a timetable, and the trams were always on time.
The room didn't have a coffee maker, but there was a mini kettle.
The bed was made of two twin mattresses pushed together, so even if you're alone, you can only really sleep on one side due to the gap in the middle. The duvets were also twin-sized, just over a meter wide, so someone larger might find them a bit small.

Tanxingren-yanguangyuThe location was fantastic! It's just a 15-minute bus ride from the city center, and public transport is super convenient. Right next to the hotel, there's a restaurant, a supermarket, and even a gym. The hotel room itself was very clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There seems to be a police station downstairs, with officers frequently changing shifts, which made me feel very safe.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Vienna. The location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg and would be happy to stay here again.

I booked for three nights and when I checked in, the hotel staff initially couldn't find our reservation. After some confirmation, we were able to check in smoothly.
We were given a room on the second floor, but once inside, we found the mini-fridge was broken. So, I went downstairs and asked the front desk to switch our room. The new room was further inside. The fridge worked, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. Luckily, it wasn't too hot at night, so it was fine.
I'd read reviews mentioning some guests had items stolen, so we didn't leave any valuables in the room and kept our suitcases locked.
However, when the towels were replaced daily, I'm not sure if it's because we didn't leave the floor mats on the ground or what, but they were always taken away and not replaced (it's also possible the hotel doesn't provide them). The plastic bottles I intended to return were also taken (but that's quite normal, so it's fine).
The area around the hotel does feel a bit desolate, possibly because it's behind a department store and next to a construction site. We could hear hammering from the construction site in the mornings. It's quite close to the train station and bus stops, but for the price we paid, I think it was significantly overpriced.
The hotel staff offered us free luggage storage (they mentioned guests normally have to use lockers). In the afternoons, there's iced water and small cookies available on the first floor.

Guest UserOverall, it was okay. There's a fridge and a kettle. The mattress was on the firmer side, which I prefer, and it was the most comfortable mattress I've slept on while traveling. However, I strongly recommend replacing the old pillow inserts; the filling has turned into clumps of cotton, and I had to fold a bath towel to put on top of the pillow just to make it usable. I had to specifically ask the front desk for the Salzburg tourist transport card; they didn't offer it proactively. The sink stopper needs to be pulled out to drain the water, and I'm not sure if it needs repair or if it's a unique design. There was a brown hair hidden deep inside the two-in-one shampoo and body wash bottle, which I only noticed after the first use. It would pop out when pressing the bottle and then retract after a while. At first, I thought it was just shower gel clinging to the nozzle, but then I clearly saw the hair follicle at the root. On the second day, I decided not to use the body wash at all.
