Artotel is totally my cup of tea ☕️🎨
From the moment I walked in, I was like, “Okay… this place gets me.” The whole hotel feels like a mini art museum — with specially curated artwork by local artists and even a gallery right in the lobby. If I’m not mistaken, it looks like live band performances can take place in the lobby too. Honestly, I half expected to accidentally walk into an exhibition opening instead of checking in.
The vibes? Immaculate. Creative, quirky, and just the right amount of “I’m cooler than your average hotel.”
Also… can we talk about the mysterious gifts? 👀 It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and she kept finding little surprises in the room. We’re not 100% sure if it’s part of a birthday special or if Artotel just enjoys spoiling guests (not complaining either way 😂).
Overall, 10/10 would stay again — for the art, the vibes, and the possibility of more surprise goodies. 🎁

Our 4 days, 3 nights at the resort, felt like a perfect escape from reality. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful surroundings, ocean views, and peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax.
We enjoyed a mix of activities like sight seeings, seafood and quiet moments by the pool. The spa experience was especially rejuvenating and very good service from Rempah Kitchen.
Kudos to the service team, especially Jenni (5-star service), along with Farren, Naufal, Nicho, Indra (Manager), Yusa, and Saga. As well as the front desk and housekeeping teams. Your professionalism and dedication made the experience truly exceptional.
By the time we left, we felt refreshed, happy, and already wishing we could stay longer.
Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. Breakfast is well served in great display and varieties. The most important thing is ”GOOD LOCATION”! walkable to Grand Batam Mall & BCS.
I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle.
One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains.
The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal.
I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience.
While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay.
In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!
Travelled in a big group consisting of adults and kids ranging 1.5-10 yrs old. Overall experience was very good! And would definitely come back again.
Location- nearby Batam ferry terminal (5-7mins drive), a lot of cafes, coffee, spas, marts within the area.
To travel to grand Batam mall and penguin market is only 3-5 mins via grab.
Rooms- good size, clean and basic. No bathtub but there’s inbuilt hair dryer.
Breakfast Spread was scrumptious. Good variety.
Amenities: Lobby was spacious, lots of space to sit and relax while waiting for friends/grab. Swimming pool was in the next block, pool is at 1.2m minimum and it is really windy, not so ideal for kids to stay long.
All the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
The doors’ sound proofing is a tad weaker. Could hear my neighbors conversations walking toward lift lobby, or the nearby buildings speaker quite clearly. But the overall experience is good that this is only a small part of it.
Overall, the value for money is pretty good. It's close to both Nagoya and the harbor. My room got upgraded to a larger one with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The facilities are a bit dated, but the breakfast was good. For the price, it's quite a decent stay.
Excellent service.
Restaurant manger help my child prepared scrambled egg when this is not in the menu for dinner buffet. Nice buffet dinner with wide variety of food and live band performance. Nice ambience.
Able to check in early.
The bed was so comfortable, has big TV which I can screencast. Big swimming pool although the pool floor is not clean. Has proper working desk.
Security ok, as I met the security patrolling on the floor.
I left something in the room when checked out, the staff even WhatsApp me to inform me.
Will definitely come back again.
Highly recommend to everyone. This is more like 5 star in my opinion.
We have enjoyed our stay very much.
The hotel is comfortable and well located, close to many restaurants, cafés, and spas. It is convenient to travel to nearby attractions. The room is clean with basic amenities provided. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Overall, it is a good choice for travelers who want a strategic location and easy access to food and sightseeing.
This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.
Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. Last day after breakfast we spent time playing pool just outside the breakfast area. Children enjoyed it.
Staff is helpful and polite.
Overall we’re
My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air.
The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly.
Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment!
All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

GGuest UserOverall a great experience, saw some bad reviews prior to our holiday but I have very little to complain about. Room was clean and the daily water delivery as well as turn down kept things tidy, towels were also swapped out with clean ones on a daily basis (this is a great service, please keep it going). Service was pretty much perfect whether it was getting a buggy (really nice, we didnt have to walk anywhere within the resort) or making reservations for restaurant bookings. Shuttle provided from Nongsapura ferry terminal both ways as well, just needed to check in with the resort in advance but they have a booth at the ferry terminal regardless. SG plugs available in multiple spots in the room so no power adapter needed.
Breakfast was pretty good too but you'd need to be there before 10am so no sleeping in
Cons we experienced were 2 things - in room dining was provided in takeaway containers with disposable utensils. I understand that the distance from the restaurants as well as the steep roads probably are why this is the case but I think it takes away from the rest of the otherwise enjoyable stay. Id much prefer food on proper plates and metal utensils, there is a deliver fee on the in room dining requests as well. Rooms would be better if they contained microwaves and basic cutlery too.
DDaniVinWe really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus.
Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services.
Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.
TtgabA nice resort that is not too far from ferry terminal and provide complimentary transfer. While facilities are good but in-house charges are quite high, even more than Singapore. The hotel spa is average despite almost double price else where in Indonesia. The free internet is just pathetic and they force you to buy package if not on good roaming plan.
RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟
DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

GGuest UserExcellent stay. Room was super spacious and clean. Bathroom is big, with a very nice dry/wet segregation between the sink/WC and the shower area. Provided with capsule coffee machine and mineral water complimentary. Pool was really nicely maintained too. Breakfast was a huge sumptuous spread. Will definitely be back!
YYANGSONGAn Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise!
Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort.
A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home.
A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience.
This trip has created remarkable memories that we will cherish for a long time. The Sanchaya is not just a beautiful destination – it’s the people who make it truly special...
GGuest UserThis hotel made me feel like I paid for a cheap stay where everything costs extra. It was the first time I've heard of paying extra for early check-in. Eventually, the staff let us check in early when they saw we weren't going to pay. Some staff members were enthusiastic, others were just okay. At the Indigo restaurant, the server rushed us to pay our bill even though it was still during working hours. The kids' play area only allows one adult and one child, which isn't very family-friendly. What, is one parent supposed to sit outside while the other takes the child in? The breakfast tasted alright, but the variety was very limited. Even though there were available tables, the staff wouldn't let us sit there, insisting we sit at a further table, presumably so as not to disturb the foreign guests next to us. Sigh. Overall, it was an okay trip with the kids, but I won't choose this place for a vacation again.
