Staff were smiling and friendly when checking in it made me feel more than welcome and super comfortable. Attentive, polite & focused, a pleasure to talk too or ask for assistance which is given freely. Lovely building. The tvs sound decent you don't get the ones that sound cheap. Bath & shower standard in the rooms instant hot water no matter the time. Good WiFi. Water bottles and biscuits in the rooms is a nice touch (biscoff). Little basket of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, at reception is a nice touch to help yourself too. Radiators work well. Some interesting features in some of the rooms like a wall of sliding wooden panels instead of a curtain, very cool. Smoking shelter outside is a decent one. Has a nice social feel to the building despite being intimately private once you are in your room.

Hotel very close to Piccadilly Station (just be careful where to find it, as you can easily walk past the street it is on!) Could leave luggage for the day before checking-in.
Breakfast is nice but a little different im taste and texture of other fried breakfasts I have had in UK hotels. Could take away a coffee with disposable cups which is a good idea đ
Room is a little small, but beds are comfortable. Area is quiet - but they are building a tram line next to the hotel so maybe we were lucky for waking up on Sunday morning.
We had the window room, price is fantastic, room is big and clean, TV is very big, double the size that the usual hotel room has, bathroom big and clean like new, fan, hairdryer, kettle and tea/coffee. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of centre, lots of shops around, less than 10mins walk to Chinatown. Free newspaper available. Drink and snack vending machine at the lift available. But because the location is in the city, the room is bit noisy during the night. There some free postcard of the hotel at the lobby too.
I am still in the hilton due to travel being cancelled due to severe storm, the hotel staff were very helpful and booked my room for a third night charging me a quarter of the amount I paid for two nights through you. Moral of the story book direct from the hotel in future, likewise with my travel as you didn't inform me that my Friday morning train was cancelled until 01.52am on Friday morning, I had already found out from fellow supporters at the game we were attending on the Thursday evening.

When confirming the order, there was only âpayment made in the hotelâ The charge when doing check in was higher than the amount shown in the app. It took time to do check in and feeling was not very good. Buffet Breakfast was good. You can order some choices when it was not available in the hot plates. Yummyđ

I'm puzzled by the low ratings for this hotel. After a two-night stay, I found it to be an excellent hotel, offering great value. Both the exterior and interior boast a strong, classic British retro vibe. If an influencer were to pick it up, it would easily become a viral sensation. I had booked a twin room but was upgraded for free to a duplex room on the 5th floor, which featured a large, round window, reminiscent of Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum. The location is also incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-10 minute walk from Deansgate Station, and most of Manchester's main attractions are within walking distance. The surrounding area has everything you could need, including various tram stops, supermarkets, and restaurants, not to mention popular spots like HeyTea and Pop Mart.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Ibis budget, Pollard Street. Right from checking in, the staff were very polite, helpful and warm. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming.
The room clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was top notch. It was easy to get into the city as the bus stop is just a de seconds from the hotel. The metro link stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel,
Thank you, I will definitely recommend to others and I will visit again.

The hotel is right in the city center, which is a great location. You can walk to many attractions, which is very convenient. However, the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, so you have to park in a nearby paid parking garage.

A really great experience. Overall, both the location and facilities were excellent, offering good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Manchester. It's super close to the city center and easily walkable.

Good Hotel for the value. I was satisfied with the comfort of the bed and the room in general. The shower was also nice and new. The room didnât have tea/coffee but they were available at the floor just by the elevator. The only problem for me was the cleanliness. The room wasnât super clean. As shown in the photos there were dust piled in the corners and crevices but not in the degree that would make you uncomfortable. A nice stay overall.

Great
GGuest Usernice hotel, location is right outside of airport T1 and T3, 3 minutes' walk.very clean and quiet, got everything we need, room is a little bit small, Apart from the bed there is no much space.Good for people just want a night sleep Before flying
GGuest UserHotel is excellent room and views are lovely. Location is excellent and majority of staff were nice. Only a few issues they give and charge you for doubles in the bar when the menu only gives single prices. The response from the barmaid was you never specified a single when that should be as standard. Also take 50 pound a night for cover in case you spend in the hotel but only refunded 97.60 for the 2 nights. Although we didnât spend anything on the room. The hotel is super but just those 2 things took the shine of a really great stay.
SSeñorHotelA great hotel near the airport. The shuttle is 10 quid and the hotel is clean with friendly staff. Downpoints are that parking can be busy sometimes and the pull up switch between the shower and bath tap can be a bit troublesome (room 719) and the same in some other rooms I have stayed in. Food and bar available and 24hour reception.
GGuest UserThe hotel was great. Looked amazing and the staff were very helpful. Location was a quick 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly and very central to amenities.
Cleaner could have swept the bathroom a little better, however that did not take too much away from how amazing the room was. The queen bed was massive and extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was good too.
Oh and the cocktails were pretty and delicious.
GGuest UserInexpensive and perfect location for Airport and Station. Reception was polite and friendly, check in very quick. Room was small but adequate for a short stay, two single beds as requested, TV, kettle, tea , coffee and milk. Very clean with shower en suite. Continental breakfast was basic but all we needed.
Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend.

DDoggone121Very disappointed in this stay. The tables and wardrobe was filthy and thick with dust . We woke up drenched because of the water proof sheeting. The shower was dangerous and the plug was semi blocked making a swimming pool. The staff were helpful but the room wasnât up to scratch at all.
GGuest UserMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasnât any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroomÂ
As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner,
