Welcome to Park Inn by Radisson Melbourne Carlton, your ideal home away from home, nestled in the heart of Parkville, Victoria. The hotel is a gateway to some of Melbournes most iconic attractions.

"The Park Inn looks lovely from the front and the foyer is good. The reception staff were lovely. The private off-street parking was great. However, the hotel was in quite bad disrepair. The restaurant is closed so I couldnt get the breakfast I paid for. My room smelled like smoke, carpet stained, the door lock was half broken and there were no lights along the 3rd floor exterior walkway so it felt very unsafe getting back to my room at night. The beds were clean and comfortable. But the bathroom was half broken - door handle falling off, no shower screen, hot water took 10 minutes to start in shower and no pressure, toilet kept making weird noises. Also, the lift lost power twice when I was trying to get downstairs and I got trapped for a few minutes before it came back online. Scary. I wouldn't stay here again."

I stayed at the Park Hyatt Melbourne on my solo trip and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was spacious and quiet, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The hotel environment is elegant, and the location is quite convenient, with a luxurious ambiance throughout. The staff were professional and polite; both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. It exceeded my expectations overall, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

The room was spacious and the double bed was very comfortable. Even though it's right next to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent! We weren't disturbed by any planes taking off or landing. Overall, it was a great experience! They offer luggage storage, and since we arrived early before check-in, the front desk staff proactively offered to store our luggage so we could go explore the city and come back later.

This hotel deserves a five-star review! I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton for my entire trip to Melbourne. It's in the city center, which is incredibly convenient, and even late at night, around 8-9 PM, there are still plenty of people around, making it feel very safe. When I checked in, there was a Chinese-speaking staff member available. Although the person who actually checked me in was of Indian descent, a Chinese colleague came over to make sure everything was alright before leaving. They even offered me a complimentary glass of champagne! The hotel room was spacious and clean, definitely the best I've stayed in during my past two weeks in Sydney and Melbourne. It certainly lived up to expectations! Right outside the hotel, there's a Rolex store, and if you walk down the street, you'll find the Town Hall and a church. There are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also not far from Australia's famous WWL? Or was it WWs?

Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. This hotel is located in the landmark Sky One apartment building in Box Hill, offering an excellent location. Downstairs, you'll find the Box Hill shopping center, which is an integrated complex with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, a train station, and a bus hub – super convenient! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with a full set of kitchenware, tableware, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine… absolutely everything you need. The bedding was also very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and provided great service.

We booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown ****** Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

We stayed here for 6 nights during our honeymoon, and it was truly a memorable stay. One thing we really appreciated was that we arrived at the hotel quite early, at around 1:00 PM, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early. After a long flight, being able to settle into our room and have a rest before exploring the city meant so much to us. We were genuinely grateful for this thoughtful gesture. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Chinatown is directly across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and tram stops nearby. Most of Melbourne’s attractions are within walking distance or just a short tram ride away, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Our room on the 15th floor was spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. Staying for six nights, it was wonderful to cook a few meals ourselves instead of eating out every day. It made us feel less like tourists and more like locals. Every evening after a full day of sightseeing, returning to our room on the 15th floor felt like coming home. It became a place where we could truly relax and unwind. By the last day, packing our luggage was unexpectedly emotional because we had grown so attached to the hotel and simply didn’t want to leave. There was a small issue with the parking during our stay, and although it wasn’t handled perfectly at first, it was eventually resolved and did not affect our holiday. We also found that the service experience varied between staff members. A few employees appeared less friendly, while others were genuinely warm, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their kindness made us feel very welcome. Overall, the excellent location, spacious room, home-like atmosphere, and the convenience of having a kitchen made this one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The few minor issues were far outweighed by the positive experience. Thank you to the team for making our honeymoon even more special. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Melbourne, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. ❤️

The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of an MRT station, making transportation very convenient. There's also a small convenience store and a mala tang restaurant nearby. The main source of noise comes from the adjacent parking garage, where people sometimes chat, get drunk, and shout. Generally, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff are also very willing to provide whatever you need. Plus, having a small kitchenette is a bonus, and you can exchange or borrow a hairdryer. For the price, it definitely offers good value. So, for the other aspects like noise, wearing earplugs helps, and the cleanliness is also up to par.
