The hotel is best located and the employees one of the mst courteous and best to help you out. One of the most best ambience that one can imagine. My wife and mother in law had the best of time and food at the hotel. Thnks to the restaurant and hotel manager for such best treatment.
1. The property, fittings and amenities look quite old and worn out. 2. Bathroom (room no. 410) drainage was not proper and water was accumulating. 3. Food menu (both breakfast and dinner) is repetitive and same every day with little variation. Its quite boring.
They don’t have in-house restaurant and bringing food from outside which is quite substandard, costly and leading to high wait time. They don’t provide coffee machine and have to order coffee every time and quite costly. Rooms are too small and claustrophobic and no ventilation. Washroom was stinking throughout and no respite even after keeping exhaust fan on full time. AC was not in good shape but served the purpose. Walls in washroom was dampened. Overall average stay given the price we paid for per night.
nice hotel nice staff good experience very near to gwalior railway station and mall next to hotel same wall hotel and mall good location everything near by the hotel fully recomend
The hotel is located on the north side of the Khajurahosi temple complex, next to the museum. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the entrance of the West Temple Group, and six to seven minutes to the exit.
The hotel garden environment is very good, but the decoration is a bit old. The facilities in the room are relatively complete and basically in good condition, except that the toilet tank is a little leaky. The air conditioner can't hit very low temperature, but it is enough. There is no need to book a room with a temple view, because the view is not very good.
The breakfast is amazing, à la carte buffet, the best I've had in India. Freshly squeezed juice, freshly ground coffee, freshly made eggs, roast sausage, hash browns, and bread and cake baskets are all of good quality. For lunch, I ordered bacon and mushroom pasta and Caesar salad, which are also very good. The Caesar salad is the most authentic I have ever eaten in India.
The service is very good, from the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant, with a good attitude and quick response, trying to meet the needs of the guests.
All in all, the price of more than 600 is worth it!

GGuest UserA converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality.
Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.
GGuest UserMy stay at **Jehan Numa Palace** was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped into this historic property, I was enveloped in a world of regal charm and elegance. The **palatial architecture**, blending colonial and Indian styles, instantly transports you to a different era while maintaining all the comforts of modern luxury.
The **rooms** are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could need. Waking up to the lush greenery of the surrounding gardens felt like a dream. The **hospitality** of the staff is impeccable—attentive, warm, and always going the extra mile to make you feel like royalty.
The **breakfast buffet** is especially noteworthy, with a vast selection that caters to every palate.
All in all, Jehan Numa Palace offers a royal experience with its stunning ambiance, exceptional service, and unparalleled luxury. I would highly recommend this gem of Bhopal to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!
东东方鸿烈This is a surprise! After the chaos, congestion and garbage in Mumbai and Rajkot, the city of Indore feels much better and it is not easy to reach the cleanliness of a small county in China. But the city is much larger than our county, similar to our prefecture-level city. The hotel is clean and tidy. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, first-class service and complete facilities. The backyard also has open dining, small bands and swimming pools. Every day is overcrowded, almost the same as the local high-yield home. In particular, there are four restaurants and an Indian-style Chinese restaurant. The decoration and music are very Chinese! ! The rooms are very well designed and furnished, and the supplies are very attentive. The Ibis in Delhi Air City is a mid-range hotel. The restaurant is completely inconsistent with Chinese taste, and the biggest leek is boiled eggs! ! ! ! In addition, this house can be sent to the airport for free after check-out! There are two disadvantages: one is that the fan is slightly louder, and the other is that the partition wall of the toilet is glass. Despite the roller blinds, the privacy is very poor.
GGuest UserIt's a nice hotel in indore. The amenities and food are also good. The gym and pool were also well maintained, and cleanliness was also at its best.
GGuest UserExcellent location and amazing property. I stayed with my mother, the property and location is amazing. Very near to the market, just walking distance (140m)
staff is very polite and good. Quick and easy check in and check out.
