Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.

From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

Small gym, with great but expensive food options. Location is very well accessible across the city

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

I reached early morning 3.am , I explained to the reception staff that I had a long flight connecting South Africa - Mauritius and Mumbai 31 hours and if I can get an early check-in , the staff namely Archie was fantastic , she asked me to rest and offered coffee , she managed to accommodate me , the staffs hospitality was excellent and the environment very friendly, my luggage was misplaced at the airport , the staff was compassionate and great .. excellent service and great hospitality . I will always stay there when I am in Mumbai not forgetting that the breakfast was awesome with a wide range of choice ..

Superb service from entire hotel staff. It was a great dining experience and amazing food at Ibis hotel. Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Well maintained rooms and washrooms. Lobby were amazing maintained. It was a lovely stay.

Good for business but too far from all exciting spots with the traffic in Mumbai it’s hard to see anything else

I especially appreciated the heated floors and the luxurious bathrobes that added an extra touch of comfort. Service was impeccable, with housekeeping ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked at all times. The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from. Overall, my stay at Taj was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to indulge in a first-class experience.
