A comfortable stay for business travelers and solo travelers. The restaurants, Koji and Ai Di La, served good food, and the service was top-notch. The only feedback I have is that the breakfast variety should include more international options, as most dishes are primarily Indian cuisine. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and is highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff aim to please. Was here with my mother for 4 days. We are both vegan and staff went out of their way to facilitate us. Menu can be accommodated. We had vegan pancakes, vegan pizza, vegan tortillas . You just need to give them a little advance warning. Special shout out to Karthikraja whose service stood out. We also used spa facilities - had a 90 minute massage which was amazing. We loved Mumbai and hope to be back or stay at another Taj hotel soon.

An 1800s themed hotel which has really beautiful interiors. The service was top-notch and the staff is really hospitable. This was my second time staying here and I wouldn’t think twice before booking here again. Location is close to the airport but getting through the traffic can be a little tricky. They even gave us 2 complimentary drinks and really made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever been. Love it!

Aurangabad Airport is 900m away, less than 5 minutes by taxi. (As an aside, I managed to bargain down to 100 pesos, but they will happily ask for 500 or 1000, so make sure to negotiate a reasonable price). The hotel was of high quality and I was satisfied with everything, including the location, facilities, service, staff, and breakfast. However, there was an event hall next door, and they played high-pitched music from Sunday evening, and the sound hit the hotel building like a wave gun, making it impossible to relax. Therefore, I moved to a room on the other side. I was very satisfied with the hotel itself, but moving rooms due to external factors was stressful. If you are concerned about noise when staying there, be careful of the building location of your room. The restaurant had so much variety and was so delicious that I couldn't finish it all.

It was a luxurious stay as expected It was worth the while.I was celebrating my birthday at the Taj It could had been a more pleasant stay if the service was bit faster, Other than that it was a great stay.

I had a truly wonderful experience at The Fern Pune - Hotel Woodland. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to relax after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food – the in-house restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of options. Breakfast was especially delightful, with fresh ingredients and great service. The overall environment is eco-friendly, true to The Fern’s brand promise. Location is good, but the hotel is getting old. The furniture, floor, etc. are all relatively worn out. Bed is uncomfortably hard. Fitness room relatively small, but everything you need is of good quality. Pool is good, on the sunny side, but the loungers are full of stains, not particularly pleasant. Other hotels in Pune are in much better condition. Breakfast is good. Eat good. Staff of course extremely friendly! People are just great in Pune. Unfortunately we got the same room opposite the elevators for the second time. Very noisy until late at night. Probably not going to this hotel again.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Final Verdict Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Taj Santa Cruz is a true gem. Its combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service makes it a top choice in Mumbai. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.
