As always my stay at the Hilton Mumbai was wonderful. So lovely to see Wesley again on the door and also wanted to mention Aniket on the front desk who was so very kind to me when I checked out. In addition to the much appreciated late check out that we were given he also assisted with a couple of other requests. I know being a Hilton member helps but not every hotel acknowledges the loyalty so it’s these kind of generous touches that set this Hilton and the Mumbai team apart from other hotels that I stay in for work and why I keep coming back – I think it’s my 8th year now!

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

The hospitality from this hotel is just like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s very affordable but everything in this hotel is so perfect. Today, I got gift and also chocolate because it’s Diwali. I mean it’s affordable but perfect . Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Staying at The Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Location is convenient for business travelers, 3-5 mins from airport, Very good selection of food for buffet breakfast at main cafe on lobby level, avoid going to the Executive Lounge on Level 17, limited choice.

Everything is good, the ambience, hospitality, and the customer care and responsiveness. The spread of breakfast and dinner also good. The facilities in the room are good. The quality of the food items are good. The staff are very cooperative.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

The Ginger Hotel is conveniently situated near the domestic airport, albeit a bit distant from the international terminal. It is a commendable budget-friendly hotel with clean rooms and excellent overall service. The restaurant's food and beverages are reasonably priced.

While the service at The Lalit hotel, with helpful representatives like Churamani, Mr. Anand Naynesho, Vikas, and Kevin, it's important to remain vigilant. Always ensure that your personal information is secure and double-check any details related to your stay or transactions to avoid potential misunderstandings.

The staff is very friendly. English speaking. The room is clean and nice. Food is not variety but good enough for breakfast. Just the main entrance not so obvious and lot of taxi parking outside. Overall is good.

Awesome stay but they can work upon their hospitality; breakfast spread was good with lot of options and location was great with many eateries and super Mart around; gym was good; Nice view from the room; would totally recommend.

A better hotel in India, because it is a business trip, choose a more comfortable hotel. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. Will stay again next time!

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Business type, the hotel has always held various meetings. It will be noisy during the day and there is no large area greening, so let's go. The rooms are ok and the facilities are not old. I recommend a lemon tree close to this one, which is better than here.

Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.

We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!

The environment is good. There is also a Chinese restaurant. Chinese food is a Chinese chef. Every time I come here, it is close to the airport. The transfer is very convenient. I can reach the airport in 15 minutes by taxi.

I left for Mumbai, but Mr. Govind immediately called me when I was just 15 minutes away from the hotel and told me, ”Sir, you have forgotten your important stuff,” so I came back. Mr. Govind could have called me later as well, but he realized the importance of these things and called me, which made me very happy. I returned and picked them up. Thank you, Mr. Govind, for this gesture. It means a lot.mumbai but Mr. Govind immediately called me and i was just 15 minutes far from the hotel and told that sir you have forgotten you important stuff and i came back. Mr. Govind would have called me late as well but he relasied the importance of these things and called me and i was very happy. i came back and took it. It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

it was indeed the best valentine day for me and my wife.. the staff and the entire front desk team was very co operative and caring and were available at any point of time. we were treated to sum lovely food and culinary by chef Aamir chef saayali and all the lovely team members like Daniel shanoor Sebastian saahil and many more from the restaurant... a special shout out for ankit girish himanshu and the entire front desk team as well as housekeeping team for making our stay so very special.. and a very big hug to my friend SAURABH DUBEY for appointing such lovely people in their premises.. tysm team marriott navi mumbai..and tysm to the entire security team as well.. kudos

I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

Really had a blast. Beautiful room and amazing service! Me and my partner had a special day and the hotel made sure we enjoy it to the core. We also got complimentary stuff! I would definitely recommend to the couples looking for staycation. It is a calm and nice place. Loved it!
