"Bonjour, l’accueil est au top à la réception. Le zoo est très intéressant, la piscine est magnifique. Le cadre est splendide avec une écurie et de beaux chevaux, c’est un véritable havre de paix et un petit paradis à 45 min d’agadir. Le restaurant Massa est aussi excellent😀. En visite chez notre tante à Oulad Tema, on a découvert ce domaine par hasard. Merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil.  Mention spéciale à Dahlia pour sa gentillesse et ce délicieux cocktail 🍹 a la terrasse près de la réception( j’ai oublié le nom 🙏) . J’y retournerai avec plaisir pour un plus long séjour !!"

"Pictures: I attached 9 pictures for broken lock and bathroom. There was few minor issues as well but most important are described below. Reception: Person who check me in asked for tax to be paid so I said OK. He asked for 150 MAD so I paid. Once I went to my room I checked previous bill issued by Trip and it was only €10.20 which is more less 110-112MAD but receptionist asked for 150MAD so 30% more. I came back to reception about half an hour later to challenge him but he tried to trick me that I am paying different tax, not tax from my bill etc. but once he realised I will not let him go he asked me if I want any refund for overpayment. I paid him with GBP where official exchange rate was 12MAD but obviously he lied it is 11MAD. They got exchange point on site and rate there was 12.10MAD. Management should investigate this young mid age men trying to cheat their own clients with amount and exchange rate. Two ladies came there soon after I paid him my local tax so he told them that exchange point is closed now (how come 1 min earlier it was open for me ? Joke.) Room cleanliness: Room was so so but bathroom was very BAD = very BAD. Bathroom has mould around silicone, tube has strange stains = see my pictures attached so you can judge yourself how it is. TV: has no foreign channels with foreign languages."

"I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, the food offered was enjoyable, and there were several leisure activities available that added value to the stay. However, there were also some drawbacks. The air conditioning in my room was not working at all, and although I reported the issue, no action was taken to fix it. This made the stay less comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room did not fully meet expectations, as the housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, the hotel has several strong points, but improvements in maintenance and cleaning would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home."

"這次入住真的讓我心裏畫了一個很大的問號。 説不上差到不能住，但也絕對談不上一次舒服的度假體驗。 環境本身是不錯的，風景挺好，看得到很多奇奇怪怪但很有特色的非洲樹木。海灘上的工作人員也都比較友好，和他們相處是輕鬆的，衹是他們也一再強調自己並不屬於酒店。 酒店本身的服務衹能説一般，態度不算差，但也完全沒有讓人覺得被好好對待或者被照顧到。 最讓人失望的是吃的。 真的很難吃。 不管是哪家餐廳，菜看起來都很好看，但吃到嘴裏的味道完全跟外表不成正比，有些甚至讓人懷疑是不是調味出了問題。更無語的是，有幾家餐廳預約非常難，每天衹接待很少的客人，我們住了五天都沒約上想去的餐廳，最後乾脆放棄。 最離譜的一次是，好不容易約到了一家牛排館，結果到了之後被告知因為我們“換過房間”，所以不能進餐廳，這個理由真的讓人震驚，也很難理解。 唯一讓我在吃這件事上有好感的，居然是餐廳裏切好的橙子，那是真的好吃。 總體來説，價格確實不算貴，但體驗也就停留在這個價位。有優點，也有不少讓人困惑甚至無語的地方。如果對餐飲和服務有期待，可能會失望；如果衹是圖便宜、看看風景，那還能接受。"

"This is not a 4 or 5 star property and is getting on a bit in terms of age. The place is kept clean but rooms and carpets are worn but some are in the process of refurbishment. Room facilities are basic but sufficient with enough power sockets for charging and hot water always available. The gardens and pool area are maintained daily and common areas mopped and cleaned also. The reception staff are very helpful as is the bellhop and security staff. Breakfast is basic with bread, rolls, cake, boiled eggs, salads, cold meat, preserves, honey plus tea or coffee. You can buy drinks from the bar all day and they serve food at very reasonable prices. Omelette with chips and bread for about £3. There is an excellent well stocked shop just next door for snacks and drinks too. Overall it's a basic hotel but what you get for the price is amazing and it's location is asgood as it gets in Agadir."

"The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members."

"Loved this hotel! Went with my husband and 9 month old baby. Location was perfect. The hotel had a beach just opposite. Room was cleaned everyday. Excellent housekeeping staff. Shoutout to Halima and her friend on the first floor. Another shoutout to Hajar at the reception area for making our stay perfect and helping us sort our room out as the first room given was not accommodating with our little one. Friendly staff at the restaurant too."

"This hotel is in a great location. if you come out of the hotel and turn right and cross over the road, there is a McDonald's in front of you. if you turn left coming out of the hotel, as you walk along for 5 miniutes, you will see plenty of corner shops for drinks, snacks, etc. just after the shops, by the roundabout, if you turn left, you will see some food resturants, and at the end of this road which leads to the beach, you will find a money exchange which have good rates in exchanging money. The hotel is very clean, and I advise taking a room with a sea view on the 4th floor upwards for the best view. The rooms have a private balcony, and the TV has a 24-hour English-speaking channel showing good films (MBC Max). The downside to the hotel is that the wifi is nonexistent. i brought a mini wifi router 4G/5G router off eBay before I left the UK for around £15. When I arrived at Agadir airport, just by the duty-free shops, you will see the orange and lnwi stores. I went with lnwi, and for £10 i brought a 10GB sim, which the girls put into my router to show it works. The router then worked fine in my hotel room at the Hamilton Hotel. i stayed for 1 week, but the SIM ran out of credit because I watched a lot of football on my tablet and other videos. Maybe I should have brought a 20 GB SIM card. During the day, I couldn't be bothered to walk to the beach or sit in the hotel swimming pool area, but straight across the road from the hotel is a stadium with lots of seats, and I found it very relaxing. After 2 hours, it got too hot, so I went back into the hotel for the shade of my balcony room. Nice hotel and loved the music in the evenings coming from the other hotels."

"Excellent experience. Beautiful establishment. Services and staff are at small care every moment. The room was spacious (we were overclassified). A beautiful view of the sea and the bay. The buffets are huge and good. Animations and music would be a more to spend good times."
