Excellent beautiful hotel with a very good reasonable prices. I booked 2 rooms for five days. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel ..the area is modern with everything you need around you from shops to restaurants to coffees.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Highly recommended. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location—just a short walk from Masjid al-Haram, making it very convenient for Umrah. We were initially upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which was a great start to our stay. Later, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning during the hot weather. Mr. Hashim handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to an even larger and more spacious room. He also kindly extended our checkout time until 5:00 pm, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel also generously offered us the choice of either dinner or breakfast. We chose breakfast, and it was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. At checkout, Mr. Hassan was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hashim, Mr. Hassan, and the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

The staff was brilliant from reception to house keeping everyone was so professional and ready to help. Every single person that I dealt with went the extra mile in providing the greatest service ever. I am so glad I stayed here. The breakfast menu was out of this world. Absolutely neat king Abdul aziz gate. As soon as you come out you can see Makkah. Will definitely recommend and will come and back and stay with them

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Amazing hotel, very clean and tidy, amazing breakfast options and very easy to access supermarkets, shops and takeaways form the hotel without needing to leave the hotel. The main stand out is the proximity to the haram. Overall 10/10.

The reception area and the number of staff are completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The staff themselves are friendly, but the waiting time to check into the rooms is far too long.

Had a pleasant stay at Swissôtel Makkah. So far everything has been good – the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful and the location is very convenient for visiting Masjid al-Haram. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service. · He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful. · His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers. · He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for business travelers, tourists, and pilgrimage visitors (Umrah) looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base in Jeddah. The mcombination of location, room amenities, and Kamal's exemplary service makes for a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Just be prepared to explore the local area for your meals.
