The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the old town. Luoyi Ancient City is just next door; you can get in with a free reservation and watch the 'Celestial Maidens Scattering Flowers' performance. The hotel has parking, and you can just use the parking lot as your pick-up point when taking a taxi. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The room has direct drinking water, and you can ask for bottled mineral water if you prefer. The guesthouse itself was quite clean.

My first time at JW Marriott Zhengzhou, and everything from service to quality was top-notch. The hotel looks stunning at night, and the location is fantastic. The executive lounge offers memorable views and food, and the breakfast even includes local Zhengzhou specialties like egg rolls and 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which were delicious. Upon arrival, I received a welcome snack; the peanuts were incredibly flavorful, a pleasant surprise. I requested mosquito repellent, and it was delivered to my room very quickly with excellent service. A special thanks to Luna from the hotel's customer service center; her service was incredibly thoughtful. She even helped mail my charger back home after realizing I left it in the room—I'm truly grateful! I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay. Definitely will recommend to others. Room is clean, beds are comfortable, host is friendly. Location is great. Away from the ancient city, You turn left from the inn to the main road, there is a really popular dumpling shop next to the police station, and on the main road if you turn left, there is a massage parlour on level 3, and further down is the night food market with great food. (Much better than what they offer in the ancient city) ranging from a 5-15 min walk. If you head towards the ancient city, turn right from the inn and it feels like you’re there already, but it’s just the outside of the wall, about 5 mins walk, you meet the actual entrance. And super picturesque. Thank you host. You guys are great!

This Atour hotel, which just opened last year, has a lovely courtyard design, quite similar to the Atour on Taohuawu Street in Suzhou, which I really like. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. Being so close to the scenic area, the surroundings are also fantastic.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

The check-in experience was very good. The hotel arranged a quiet south-facing room with complete facilities, clean and sanitary. The breakfast was also very rich. The food delivery robot in the lobby was very convenient. The parking lot was also large with fast charging piles. It was also close to the highway. The service was also good. The front desk check-in was very fast. The lobby staff Wang Jing was also very friendly. Special praise and five-star praise to support it. Recommended!

I tried out this guesthouse because of its proximity to the attractions. It's located in the lively old town, very close to Shizi Street and Luoyi Ancient City. The ambiance is traditional and very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. The ladies at the front desk were all very welcoming. The only thing to note is that it can be a bit difficult to catch a taxi, so make sure to allow extra time.

The room was clean, bright and spacious. Although the room facing the street would be louder, the window view was beautiful and worth it. It seems to be a newly opened hotel. It just tasted a little bit when I entered the room. It was much better after opening the window for ventilation. The massage chair in the room was a big help after shopping. The location of the hotel is very superior, and it has achieved a seamless connection to visit Sanfat. After buying things downstairs, you can take them upstairs to eat. There are not many types of breakfast in the hotel but the taste is quite good. The high-speed rail pick-up service is also good, the driver master is very enthusiastic, will share shopping guides, the front desk staff are also very serious and responsible. I will give priority to staying here when I come to Xinxiang in the future.

Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at the Luoyang Marriott. From the friendly doormen who welcomed us upon arrival to the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the elegant, modern lobby, every aspect of our stay reflected comfort and attention to detail. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making our visit both relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in Room 2112, which was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were spotless, and the minibar was properly stocked. Although our sightseeing schedule in Luoyang kept us busy and prevented us from using the indoor swimming pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, an egg station, fresh salads, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, espresso coffee, teas, and cold beverages. I have a sensitivity to seed oils, and I would especially like to thank the kind lady at the egg station who graciously prepared my eggs in butter each morning. I would also like to recognize Bella, Rachel, and Felix at the front desk for their outstanding assistance and for kindly accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra night. Special thanks as well to Alvin in the breakfast restaurant, who always had my favorite picante sauce ready and provided exceptional service. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, our 8-year-old daughter has already said that she wants to return to Luoyang—and stay at the Marriott again.
