Small staff have no protocol ...for lunch very often no sugar no salt no pepper on the table ...the server always make a boudin

The room was ok but not as comfortable. I had to change room because the air conditioning was not working. the provided another room but I had the same problem. I went back to the same hotel based on my previous reservation, my stay was much better.

The hotel is great, the location is very good, the service is very good, the night to Haiti, there is no light around but the hotel lighting is very good, giving people a sense of security, in short, a very good experience
