This hotel is located in the northernmost town in the world, offering spectacular views of Svalbard's snow-capped mountains right from your window. The rooms are warm and comfortable, which is a rare luxury in such an arctic environment. The breakfast spread is generous, and the service is professional. It's an ideal choice for experiencing the Arctic landscape and the Northern Lights during polar night.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very convenient to be able to consult with the front desk and book activities there. Breakfast wasn't bad, but perhaps due to the location, there weren't many vegetables. It was a nice touch to have coffee and other drinks available 24/7. While sharing toilets and showers is common, they weren't separated, so if someone was showering, I had to go to another floor to find a toilet. The only downside is its distance (uphill walk) from the town center.

There is a self-funded airport bus to the hotel at Longyearbyen Airport. The hotel is isolated at the bus station. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel reception in about 3 minutes. We live in a building opposite the reception, which is 3 floors high. The elevator is broken these days, so we have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor! The buffet breakfast is very rich!

Our room was quite spacious. Although it featured shared bathrooms, our floor conveniently had four, and they were all impeccably maintained by guests. A laundry room and a kitchen are also available on-site. The property itself is spread across multiple buildings. Breakfast was excellent! While it's a bit of a distance from the city center, the journey there offers some lovely scenic views.

Excellent, highly recommended. I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were small, but the common areas were very spacious and comfortable. Even if you didn't go out sightseeing, just sitting on the sofa was enjoyable. The restaurant and breakfast were also very good, with comfortable decor. We happened to be there on a snowy day, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the snow fall. Although the bathrooms were shared, there were many stalls, so there was basically no wait. They were clean and spacious. The location was okay, a bit far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk. You need to cross a river behind the guesthouse, which offers a different view. I would recommend this place more than a hotel!

Breakfast was rich! Choose a lot of these! This hotel is the only 4-star hotel in Svalbard! There are saunas and outdoor baths! It's warm inside the hotel! Also close to the local supermarket! Environmental facilities are really good, love his sauna! It's so comfortable!

A warm and comfortable place, the most kind is that there is a beautiful girl at the front desk who has been working hard to help me in Chinese, which makes me feel relaxed and kind without foreign languages.

這個是個露營地木屋，整體的氛圍很不錯。這個酒店還包括了早餐，整體來説我們是很滿意的。屋子很大還有廚房，我們煮飯都很方便。值得推薦
