A go to hotel when I'm in Boston. Newton is a suburb but you can be in Boston very quickly but no subway stations nearby. It's right over the Massachusetts turnpike (but I've never felt bothered by highway traffic noise) it's not in town but couldn't be closer to the highway that gets you into the city or directly to the airport. It's got a great bar connected called Social that has really good food and live music sometimes on weekends and another small, neighborhood style bar right across the street (Buff's Pub) that has solid pub food and some of the best wings in the Boston area. They will for sure have whichever Boston sports game on. Bar closes early though, maybe 11pm. A great pizza place and a few other restaurants and a liquor store in walking distance (and a Dunkin' Donuts). Service is always good, the pool is quite small but it exists and is old but clean. No gym. Breakfast is solid. Parking Garage too.

Excellent hotel. I’ve stayed at the one in Vegas a handful of times and this is my first time trying the Boston one, it definitely lives up to its reputation. Highly recommend-great location, clean hotel and great service.

I booked through a third party, and there was some confusion about weather I had pre-paid or not upon check-in. However, it was handled very smoothly by staff, and they allowed me to go up to my room and take a few minutes to check through my records (instead of standing in line with people waiting behind me). I had a King room with sofa, and it was absolutely wonderful. Clean, modern, very comfortable. All the amenities a traveler might want: TV (with Netflix available), microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, extra blanket, etc. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This hotel continues to provide great accommodations at very reasonable prices. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean and easily accessible are just some of the qualities along with being close to numerous amenities.

Good thing: 1. super convenient location, only about 7 mins walk to backbay station and 10 mins to downtown. The famous flour bakery is also nearby! 2. Interesting deco and architecture 3. Bathrooms alway readily available and clean (always cleaned very fast). Towels alway available and there are good amenities. Not so good: 1. there was a weird smell when I first entered my room- smelled funky. 2. Noticed the tables, bed ledge etc (everything basically) were dusty!! I had to use wet wipes to wipe the ledges and tables and chairs down before putting my items on them. It felt like housekeeping was barely done or at least only at a minimum level. Basically, cleanliness level was not up to par until the extent I was so scared there’ll be bedbugs(thankfully there wasn’t.) 3. No housekeeping done throughout my 3 nights of stay. 4. I felt like I was back living in a school dormitory and not a hotel (I see students partying and hanging around over the weekend). 5. Overall, not worth it for the price per night. You can find better hotels or even airbnb in Boston.

Breakfast was good, but not able to take back to your room. Additional deposit needed upon arrival not refunded until 14 days later. Would've stayed elsewhere if had known

Hotel location is great, parking is easy, rooms are big enough and clean. The only problem we had is during the check-in, we were rejected to check-in although the room is fully paid, the reception reason is because we don't inform them that we are going to be late, we were late due to flight delay, and already exhausted from the delay, hoping to be able to check-in, yet the reception adamant that we didn't tell them ahead, in which our colleague which arrived earlier, actually already inform them (different person from the one handling our check-in). After Trip.com customer Service, Mr. Loui help us by contacting the hotel, we are allowed to check-in. VERY SATISFIED with TRIP.COM customer service team. 

A goon and clean hotel. Friendly front office staffs. Good location and just a stone throw away from the train station. Special thanks to Diego from the front office that help me on everything.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The family suite is booked. The facilities are complete. It is very close to the outlets. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet. The fly in the ointment is that the service staff is very general. It may be because the language communication ability is limited. Even the breakfast has an old service. The staff is very indifferent and stereotyped, and the impression is very bad. The hotel can park for free and it is very convenient to drive by car.
