Good to all travelers! We stayed at this hotel as a family. We rented two rooms. The hotel is new. No more than two years after the opening. The description of the hotel and rooms fully corresponds to the website. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

I chose this hotel for a staycation, mainly because the swimming pool in the photos looked so appealing and it's connected to the beach, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. It's also conveniently located near Sonashia Night Market, making it easy to go back and forth using the hotel's shuttle bus or even a taxi without much hassle. I ended up visiting the market quite often. The breakfast was pretty good too; I even had two bowls of pho on my last day. I also ordered room service pizza without high expectations, but it was surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxing getaway!

There were difficulties with settlement, after booking and when I contacted the placement facility it took an hour when I was answered. I lived in a room like this before, there was cleaner. In the room one TV instead of three. And the glass was broken at the entrance, also lacked the glass in the shower, the owner suggested it to be installed when we were there.

I stayed in a suite room. I booked a pool view, but I wasn't assigned one. It was supposed to be full board with 3 meals a day, but only breakfast is buffet-style, while lunch and dinner are 3-course meals. Drinks are also not included and must be ordered at an additional cost. The breakfast buffet only offered juice as a beverage, and the quality wasn't good. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice, but there was a bad smell from the sofa, making it unpleasant to sit on. The buggy car service to nearby tourist attractions was excellent.

Прекрасное тихо, уютное и очень зелёное место. Встретили, привезли до виллы. Все было чисто, красиво, уютно. Есть нюансы, количество открытых спален зависит от количества заявленных людей. Это странно. Просто уточняйте этот момент. Белье роскошное, полотенца свежие. Вид шикарный. Тишина вокруг. Пожалуйста, покупайте новые губки для посуды для новых жильцов. Я думаю Вам это не накладно, а впечатление будет лучше

NOT RECOMMENDED!! IF u expecting the visitor after 10pm. I was booking in room massage from legal/registered massage shop after long day outdoor activities. Upon my therapist arrived at 10:41pm and called me said that reception staffs NOT allowed guest enter guest room after 10pm and left. I had made a called to reception to informed them about my therapist is there but staff insisting NOT allowed visitor after 10pm then I asked again even my friend BUT still same result. (It's included family as long as they're not stay to their hotel then treated as VISITOR). I'm so upset and read the hotel policies from trip.com but totally no mentioned at all and even their ”Hotel Policy Board” located right infront the reception desk can't find this claused too (refer to attached photo). Also, I had talked to the staff and request them to show me the hotel policy but the staff just tried to searched from their computer and even get the security manager to approached me. Same result, no way for them to present me the hotel policies with this claused. One thing I must complimenting is their overall service is good and friendly staffs BUT NOT this Ridiculous policy which undisclosed to the public!! The policy is intended to maintain the security, privacy of all guests, to ensure proper control of external persons accessing the hotel after hours and also to avoid ************ supporting to requirement from the government. Regarding friends or family members staying at another hotel, the same visitor procedure applies. If you have a visitor during the allowed time, you must pass by reception to register them to be a visitor and they must leave your room before 10PM. We acknowledge your point that this restriction was not clearly communicated to you. We understand how this could have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize that this was not made clearer to you before or during your stay. The room was clean and the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the night market. There's a whole street of massage parlors right next to the hotel. The breakfast selection was quite generous. The paid dinner buffet was HKD 180 per person, and it was pretty standard, though the fried rice was good. Check-in and check-out were a bit slow. Other than that, there were no major downsides.

Eally do appreciate the hotels hospitality. Our son was sick, they send a caring nurse to give him some medicine. Also they provided the porridge that the nurse recommended and am very thoughtful. Hotel also provided shuttle services to airport, which is great. One last, but no least, i told the reception that on the first night and the next morning that upstairs were noisy. The next night, they called and ask us hows the noise level, and am ready to switch the room for us if necessary. I have not experience this kind of hospitality from a hotel for a long while..

Movenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc's environment, facilities and the entire resort, including both indoor and outdoor spaces of the rooms, are absolutely impeccable!  I booked a room with breakfast included.  On top of that, the resort provided complimentary airport transfers and a free chocolate fountain available during afternoon tea hours every day, making it excellent value for money. Beyond the nearly-perfect physical amenities, I would especially like to commend the resort's outstanding service.  I was impressed by how attentive every staff member across all departments was, creating a truly welcoming home-away-from-home experience for guests.  I mean every single staff member - from the front desk and restaurant teams to housekeeping - the service level was superb and truly remarkable. There was one small incident:  I accidentally left my mobile phone inside the room safe after check-out.  The hotel proactively contacted me.  Although we have not yet finalised the logistics for getting the phone returned to me, the hotel has replied to my emails promptly every time, which has already given me great peace of mind.

- Excellent and friendly service. - The complimentary buggy service for transfers was great. Even when the hotel couldn't arrange a buggy, they offered reimbursement for an external service, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. - Very close to attractions, so it was easy to return to the hotel when tired or hot. - The fireworks felt incredibly close, almost overhead, and were very loud with strong echoes. - Breakfast offered matcha latte, but the selection was somewhat limited. - The tap water had noticeable sediment; bringing a water filter is recommended, though it seems other hotels on the island have similar issues. - The 30-minute spa experience in the evening was very relaxing (the oil had no scent and was a bit oily; I suggest more hot towel compresses). - There's a jacuzzi, but it's a bit far away.
