Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing
I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay.
- Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved.
- Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing.
- BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value.
- Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price.
- Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort.
On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I got a good night's rest. The bathroom amenities were complete, and the overall environment was warm and relaxing. The staff were also very attentive.
What I liked most was the hotel's service attitude. No matter what problems I had, the staff patiently helped me solve them. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay at Amira Hotel again next time I'm here, and I would also recommend it to my friends.
Good Business Hotel with Spacious Rooms
This is a large hotel with plenty of rooms, making it a solid option for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good, offering a decent variety to start the day.
It’s a smoking-friendly hotel, which may suit some travelers. The pool and gym facilities are average — nothing fancy, but they do the job for a short business stay. Overall, a reliable and practical choice if you’re in town for work.
The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.
Stylish and Spacious – Great for Business Stays
This is a brilliant hotel with unique architecture that really sets it apart. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to the city, making it ideal for business travelers.
The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.
I had a very pleasant stay at Amira Hotel Bac Ninh, and I would like to especially thank Anna for her excellent service and warm hospitality.
From check-in to check-out, Anna was attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist. She ensured everything was well arranged and followed up proactively to make sure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference.
It is always reassuring to stay at a hotel where the team genuinely cares about the guest experience. Thank you, Anna, for your outstanding support. I look forward to staying at Amira again.
The facilities are pretty good, clean and hygienic. It has wooden floors, but no disposable slippers. The room was really spacious; it turned out to be a suite with two separate bedrooms, a hot plate, and a microwave, which made it feel just like home. Breakfast is served on the second floor next door. Initially, I was given a room right next to what looked like rented-out small apartments at the back. After I requested a change, they gave me a room facing the street.
Such a beautiful, clean, and affordable hotel (amazing value for money)!
I've been to Bac Ninh so many times, and this is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at.
For less than 200, it includes a double buffet breakfast, which is super delicious and freshly made! There are noodles, congee, eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, and even fresh fruit!
I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!

GGuest UserOverall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks. I suggest addressing these issues promptly to prevent safety hazards! (Forgot to take photos)

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. Downstairs, there were plenty of late-night snacks, barbecue, and karaoke options—everything you could want. The service was excellent; the front desk offered currency exchange at a very fair rate.
The laundry room on the first floor even folded my clothes after washing and drying them.
I went to the restaurant around 10 am, and breakfast had already ended, but the staff still brought me porridge and steamed buns. Thank you!
The prices were slightly higher than in the area, but the service justified it. I would definitely come again.
