This wasn’t our first time in Dubai, but it was definitely one of the most memorable thanks to our stay at SLS Dubai! Elizabeth and Lea at the reception gave us a warm welcome, were incredibly kind and professional, and even upgraded our room – a gesture that really elevated our experience. The hotel is stunning – clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed, with amazing views, top-notch service, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our kids enjoyed the pool and amenities, and we loved the peace and comfort. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions, and the food was fresh, delicious, and diverse. I had a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The only issue is that the tv channels turn off after a while and so if you are watching a movie they automatically close. I had lunch here and the pool area is lovely and the gym is really nice too. This is downtown in the heart of the business district. Very friendly staff. Check in was easy and I got a early check in no problem.

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to restaurants, fast food outlets, and supermarkets. However, if you plan to visit the city center, you should be prepared for additional transportation costs. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed, with unique furniture and decor. But as a green and eco-conscious traveler, I was disappointed to see no live plants—only artificial ones—which seemed to contradict the hotel’s eco-friendly slogan. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited options to choose from, but the staff was very warm and polite. The food at the LaLa restaurant was quite expensive compared to a restaurant of similar level in Melbourne, although the atmosphere was nice. In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for business travelers.

Booked a Premier room with a landmark view. Was given a room on floor 4 with a view of a car park. Complained and was given a room Creekside. Housekeeping is excellent. Rooms are dated. Very little sound insulation. Kept awake by neighbours.

I had an amazing stay at Vida Emirates Hills! The staff was welcoming, and the hotel’s modern design and calm atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. My room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the golf course. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and the on-site restaurants served delicious meals. Located in a peaceful area but close to major attractions, it's the ideal spot for both business and leisure. I’ll definitely return!

The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.

I stayed at W Dubai hotel in Mina Al Siyahi, and while the property and rooms are nice, the staff's behavior, particularly the manager Fabio, made my experience unpleasant. I had an important flight at 6 PM and requested a late check-out until at least 3 PM to prepare comfortably. Before the manager arrived, Jasper, a staff member, mentioned that a 2 PM check-out could be possible. However, when the manager, Fabio, got involved, he denied my request and only allowed a check-out until 1 PM. He claimed the suites were fully booked, yet I checked online and found suites in the same category available for the next day. Fabio's attitude was unprofessional—he was sarcastic and dismissive, with a tone that made it seem like he was mocking my concerns. It was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction were not priorities for him or the staff. While the hotel itself is well-maintained, the poor treatment from the staff, especially Fabio, overshadowed my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel as they clearly lack basic respect and appreciation for their guests.

We had an amazing stay at the W Dubai the palm. Location was great with amazing views. We did have to get taxis to quite a few places from the hotel however this is normal with most hotels. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive to all needs. We had a good choice of food from the buffets for breakfast and dinner. The pole vibes were great with the DJ to add to the atmosphere. The rooftop bar was lovely. Overall we are both very pleased with our stay and my partner had an amazing birthday. Thank you it was lovely.

This is the best value 3 star hotel in Dubai. The location is great so near to the Mashreg Metro Station only 6 minutes by walking. The staffs are nice and the breakfast is good. The room is simple but clean. The price a bit higher for this 3 star category but for me this is worth it!

A lovely hotel with clean facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. The room was fantastic, well-equipped, and had everything you could need. While sunbeds are limited, we had no trouble finding plenty available during our stay—arrive early if you want the prime spots. Special thanks to the valet team for their outstanding professionalism and customer care. Cons: The large TVs detract from the hotel's elegance and the stunning views.
