There is a train station nearby, so it is convenient for travel. There is a large supermarket and business district just a few steps downstairs, which is convenient for life. The price of accommodation is very cost-effective. The only drawback is that there is no swimming pool.

Such a beautiful hotel. The only disappointment upon checking in was learning my room didn't have a bath. I called reception and they offered me an upgrade to a suite for $50, which I did. Would have been amazing if they'd bumped me up for free!! But overall it was a lovely stay.

We booked hotel for convenience for our wedding.
Pros:
The location is awesome, only 7min walk from Gadigal Metro Station and about 5mins from Townhall station.
Check is smooth, we were quickly allocated a room. If you are a member with IHG they will allow you to have a later check out.
The size of the room was very good.
Cons:
The cleanliness of the room was very sad, quite disappointing that a 4 star hotel doesn’t have late night housekeeping.
There were grey stains on the pillows.
Dirty bits in the shower.
Housekeeping service was very bad. They somehow made the bed with our personal items wedged between the sheets which took up a really long time to find.
They didn’t bother to replace towels and remove all the rubbish from our room.
All in all, not the greatest experience. Would not recommend. Poor service, overpriced.
I had a fantastic stay at Bannisters by the sea. It is probably the best option in the area. Restaurant by Rickstein offers freshly made Australian cuisine. Cocktails are delicious too.
Although the rooftop swimming pool is not big, the view is great. There are buildings under construction around, so the environment is a bit noisy, but the working hours on Australian construction sites are short, so most of the time it does not affect the stay experience. Upgraded to a terrace room, the room is spacious and the hygiene is very good, in line with InterContinental's consistent standards. The location is not far from Sydney's major attractions, but there is no public transportation. It is recommended to take a taxi or Uber. Double Bay, where the hotel is located, is a high-end residential area. The nearby beaches and commercial areas are worth a visit. Overall, it is recommended, especially if you are not in a hurry or have already visited Sydney's major attractions, you can stay here for a while.

Stayed for more than a week in Ultimo. Cleanliness should be improved (depends on the assigned housekeeping maybe). Currently has an ongoing renovation from 3rd floor & up but if you’re always out of the hotel, staying here is still a good choice. No elevator but the staff were very helpful with our luggages. Good deal for its price because of the location and the room size plus the amenities.
Kudos to all the reception staffs for being so nice and accommodating. Thank you!
Everything about Lane Retreat was perfect—the place and scenery were absolutely beautiful, just as we expected. However, one thing felt a bit lacking. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and had paid $130 for the special preparation. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed to find just a few roses and a handwritten note, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. We had to make additional efforts to prepare for our special day ourselves.
This is simply a recommendation: for special events, it would be wonderful to go the extra mile to ensure customers feel truly celebrated.
That being said, Lane Retreat is an incredible place overall, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would still highly recommend it to others!
I had a fantastic stay at the Lilac City Motor Inn & Steakhouse in Goulburn! The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The on-site steakhouse served top-notch meals, and the bar was a great spot to unwind. With free parking and a convenient location, this hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goulburn!

This is our second time staying at this hotel however the hotel room that they gave us was not the same as the photo and honestly it was quite disappointing as it was very small and not what you expect from a five star hotel. Due to the public holiday the occupancy levels are also very high which meant that the line for the breakfast was insane and we had to wait a long time to get our eggs ordered and delivered. They do have a pool however it is sent me door on the roof of the Building and honestly it is just too cold to swim otherwise the day was otherwise okay. We came back because our stayed the first time was quite good however I probably will not be returning as it has a very suboptimal location.
Resort hotel
There are lots of wild rabbits nearby
The breakfast buffet is good
Maybe the front desk forgot to tell you that it is cheaper to buy breakfast when you check in than the next day. It costs $18 per person and you can bring two children for free.

Cceresad_nycWe had a lovely one night stay in the Seahorse 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids, ages 6 and 8). We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The kids played for hours in the sand and the calm waters. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was good. The grounds are so well maintained and incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It’s only 5 minutes outside the town of Eden where there is the Killer Whale Museum, which we found fascinating. There are also several shops and cafes in town too. I would highly recommend a stay here!
JJohn AndrewFantastic location in the Orara hills
The Santa Fe cottage is wonderful with an open fire and cosy decor
These are fully self catering cottages so you need to bring food but everything else is provided including firelighters and matches.
Order your Firewood in advance from the office.
Thoughtful touches like fluffy dressing gowns and a rug for cuddling up on the sofa much appreciated
The Owners are friendly and helpful thanks so much
Only small point is the WiFi (no signal at all at Santa Fe cottage and poor throughput even if you go nearer to the router).
GGuest UserExcept that the facilities are a bit old. Others are really good.
The child was injured elsewhere, and the front desk took the initiative to clean up and bandage
The environment and meals are good.
