Well, even after reading several very negative reviews about the hotel, I decided to take a chance. My first impression was that the environment was in line with the price I had paid. My room was clean and smelled nice. In fact, the hotel has some things that could be better, such as the cleaning could be more efficient, and the minibar door was very rusty (but the inside was very clean). The bathroom showed signs of a ”rushed” cleaning, but it was apparently clean. Other than that, the room in general was very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for a morning meal. The receptionists were polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again.
The hotel is excellent, as well as the courtesy service at the reception. The rooms are excellent, beds and showers, as well as a perfect soundproof that guarantees you a quiet night. The hotel has a large parking, which is charged daily by R$20,00.
Now, breakfast is basic and sincerely left unwanted. The coffee is served until 10 a.m., however, arrives around 09:30, it is like the law of the strongest, who stood early to eat great, who does not get without several important items for a breakfast, such as mosquito eggs. I asked the kitchen girl, she said she would not do any more, because she had no eggs, i.e. if she had not really, a hotel of such a structure, has a very poor planning in terms of the food of the guests. The fruits were also out of their own. If there is a timetable to be served, this timetable must be available to the hospoda all items, so on that question, this experience in the morning coffee was frustrating, which I expected to be an excellent coffee.
Loved everything! The receptionists we're amazing! Making sure my needs were taken care of. The hotel is beautiful inside. With a lovely entrance reception. Luggage Carrier's. Great breakfast with an awesome and friendly team. Nice open room upstairs and a small gym! The corridors are very clean. All the spaces I went were very clean. There's a space in the 1 floor where you can sit with small tables and chairs.
My room was very spacious the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom with the best warm shower nice and large . Also theres a table to study, and round small table with 2 chairs inside the room.
The internet had problems
P.S. Between Andrade Braz, Guiará e Vernon ( which are in Curitiba ) this one is the best!
Breakfast, very good.
Small parking lot. If you are a beginner driver, I do not recommend it, as there are many columns.
I stayed in the family room: simple room, TV does not work. Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed.
Service at reception: great.
If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle.
I remember this hotel when Bristol was a lot of years ago, an excellent room.
Super well located, but suitable well old, super small TV, so small douche box that I didn't even cut in with my son to bath.
The first bath was filled with water in the kitchen.
We were in 1 adult and 2 children.
It is super small and not worthy of a hotel.
Breakfast coffee very good.
Aware and educated officials.
I didn't like it and I wouldn't come back if I was still in the same pattern
There is a lack of good reform and maintenance.
Well, it was only one night.
For my needs, excellent place, easy access, careful and performing staff.
Breakfast of good quality.
I didn't experience the restaurant service, but I know that it has it.
In general excellent.
A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.
The breakfast is delicious and appetizing, with hot food such as beef and chicken.
The room is similar to a hotel apartment, which I really don't like. The first time I stayed here, there were no rooms in other high-end hotels, so I chose this one. It says four stars number 1, but the psychological gap is too big. It can't be compared with domestic ones. The front desk is enthusiastic and the lobby style is unique and chic.
The hotel here doesn't have mineral water, so you have to buy everything.
The hotel is almost in the very center, very convenient for walking and visiting attractions. Just around the corner is one of the best restaurants in the city.
I lowered the rating for service and amenities only because the hotel is not the newest, and this will be noticeable in the rooms. But in general, this does not spoil the overall impression of your stay.
Wonderful hotel, great service, delicious and varied breakfast. The only thing that left something to be desired is that there is no shower stall in the bathroom.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is good if you're looking for this type of establishment with good value. The breakfast is simple but meets the needs. The shower heats, there's a bed, blanket, TV, and air conditioning (old but functional). For travelers looking for a good price but not staying in a medieval dungeon, this is the place.
RRodrigo Psit About the hotel: Very clean, good service, Wi-Fi signal is very weak, and can almost only be used at the reception, flushing the toilet will make a lot of noise and there is no pressure.
Regarding the location: The location is very concentrated and close to everything, but it is located on a somewhat deserted street, which can be dangerous at night.
