Pet-friendly Hotels in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The hotel is located conveniently at Ave Paulista with a nice restaurant next door. I tried to order room service on my first night but my call to the restaurant was hung up and when I asked the reception for help they didn’t bother to help and transferred me to the restaurant where I got hung up all because they don’t understand English. If it is just a stay then it’s ok, don’t even try ordering room service. The chairs in the room are stained. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

The trip took place during the winter in São Paulo. The internet speed is average and the air conditioner in the room does not heat the room. It is 11 to 13 degrees in the room at night. The temperature is still a bit higher without the air conditioner. It takes courage to take a shower. Feedback was given to the front desk, but it was not resolved. The breakfast is quite rich. Although it is a five-star hotel, it looks rather dated overall. The overall evaluation is okay.

The room is large, comfortable and quiet. The surrounding community is safe and not far from various attractions. There are many Chinese and Japanese restaurants around. If it is possible to be on a higher floor, the view will be much better. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is very good.

Very good hotel, excellent location, close to Av Paulista, very good breakfast. We were very satisfied.

There are shopping malls and subways around, which makes travel convenient. The room is generally a bit small and there are not many breakfast varieties.

Located in Faria Lima, the security is very good, and there are many good restaurants around. The hotel facilities are quite satisfactory, but the quality of the restaurant's products is quite good, breakfast and dinner are good, and the hotel is also a good choice if you don't want to go out to eat.

It's the second time I hosted and I want to host more times! The hotel is excellent and even if the location is not in such a quiet neighborhood, the hotel's retracting guarantees the safety. In addition, the hotel is super new, extremely clean and the guests are very nice. The breakfast is not as much option as bigger hotels, but it is all served with a great quality, always hot and tasty, always with natural juices, varied fruits, cold, mexed eggs, sauce and a great variety of breads.

Hotel location is good, surrounding arrangements, downstairs garden and gym are also very good, family travel is more, although the breakfast is not rich, but it can be seen that the restaurant is also attentive, not repeated every day. The room smells, the sound insulation is not good, the two elevators are small, and the elevators are blocked and crowded.

The hotel is very new. Although it is not very big, it is very close to the subway and shopping mall. The swimming pool is very clean and the scenery is nice. There are fewer breakfast options, but there are many places to eat nearby and you can also eat out by yourself.
