Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

It was my first time in this city. The hotel is new and the service is good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the lake, with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It was a great experience.

The hotel is clean, but the room is dark. The staff are not very friendly. There are few choices for breakfast. There is not enough hot water in the lobby. It is very convenient to be near the farmer's market.

You have to go to the front desk to get the access card enter the pool. Actually, I liked their idea. Not gonna crowded. So you can enjoy the time at pool. This is a first time I stayed in this hotel. Over all my friend and I are satisfied. Their service and hospitality are professional and good. Whoever is reading my comment. wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.
