I chose the Hilton World Trade Center among many Yantai hotels. I stayed there for three days and felt that I made the right choice. The hotel is located on the seaside in the city center and is the highest landmark building in Yantai. The front desk is on the 26th floor. The floors above to the 41st floor are guest rooms. The 1st to 6th floors are supporting facilities such as swimming pools and restaurants. The other floors (7th to 25th floors) seem to be offices, because the lobby on the ground floor is labeled ”Yantai Landmark, Headquarters Base”. The hotel and office are separated by doors and elevators. The guest rooms are neither big nor small, fully equipped, with two 1.3-meter beds, and overlooking the city and sea views of Yantai from the window. Breakfast is on the 26th floor. There is a beautiful view outside the window. It is a great enjoyment to taste the food at the table. There are many breakfast varieties and the taste is good, but it is slightly less than the price. The hotel service is super good, worthy of the Hilton brand. Every staff member is polite and kind. We upgraded the sea view room for free. The swimming pool felt cold on the first day. After reporting it, maintenance was immediately sent to deal with it and care about our health. The room allows two adults and two children to stay, which is still very affordable and humane. Ctrip has a consecutive stay discount, which is cheaper than other platforms and has a higher cost performance. In short, they are awesome and will be our first choice next time I come to Yantai.

Wow! This hotel has the most beautiful outside environment and amazing food and entertainment. It was my husbands birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. The hotel is very busy so make reservations for the outside tables if you like sitting outside (honestly inside is too noisy). All staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and beautiful, I like that they have 2 bedroom options. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is really good with a big variety or if you prefer bbq they also have that option outside. They bbq for you or you can bbq yourself. There are other restaurants in the hotel as well. The kids play area outside is so much fun and big for all ages. This place is really money well spend.

Clean and comfortable room, pleasant service. The waiter Xiao Du is a very nice girl, ready to help with any questions. ❤️ There is a small park and animals on the territory of the hotel! I really like this place!

Nice hotel not that luxury unfortunately it's not that friendly to foreigners almost like any hotel in China. But they had the presidential suites and it was very affordable and pretty nice.

I arrived late at around 2330 and i checked in fine, the place has a homey feeling. Clean and amazing. It is near to the Sankong scenic area. Has a restaurant where you can get drinks and also play pool table and karaoke. The street lights up during the night and you can go close by areas on foot. Just amazing. Also there was drinking water machine on the wall so free water

Only stayed one night. Unfortunately I had to endure a cold shower. There was no hot water in my room. The hot food breakfast options, including the coffee in the buffet breakfast were all lukewarm. No refund provided as the manager wasn’t there on check out. Disappointing stay.

Geographical location: Located in the city center, with convenient transportation and many restaurants and commercial facilities around. Room Facilities: The rooms are spacious and bright, with warm and comfortable furniture, and provide facilities such as free Wi-Fi and mini bar. I booked it in advance with Ctrip, and I paid a 200 yuan deposit at the store. The room was quite big, with a complete set of sofas and stools. Four or five people could sit in the room. Let me talk about the service. It was around 10 pm. I wanted to blow dry my hair after taking a shower. It was less than two seconds after I plugged it in, and the hair dryer stopped working. It should be overheat protection, but I had just turned it on for less than two seconds. I contacted the front desk, and the staff took it away and said they would see if they would replace it. It took about 20 minutes in total. When they brought it back, they told me that it was working. If it was too hot, I could take off the front hair dryer head. Then I plugged it in, and it stopped working again after two seconds. I took the hair dryer to the front desk, and the staff who had just taken the hair dryer tried it and said that there was no way, the room was full, there were no extra hair dryers, and then there was no more. He kept talking to himself and said that there was no way. There was no apology or solution during the whole process. When I got angry, another staff contacted a hair dryer and sent it to the room. I was speechless. Such a big hotel didn't even have a spare hair dryer. Faced with such an emergency, this was the way to deal with it. It's the first time I've encountered such a situation after booking hotels with Ctrip for so long. The last picture is the faucet in our room. The scale must have not been cleaned for a long time. Finally, I would like to ask, when I booked, Ctrip provided a service to upgrade the room, but I did not enjoy it when I arrived at the hotel. I don’t know if it is a problem of the hotel or Ctrip. In short, I am not satisfied with this stay.

Amazing Stay at Vienna I recently stayed at Vienna and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
