I had an amazing experience here. Upon arrival, I even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels fresh and well maintained. The owner is incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He’s always ready to answer questions or give advice. He also runs his own travel agency, and through him, I visited Tashkurgan — definitely a trip worth taking and a highlight of my journey. In short: an excellent stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

From check-in onwards, she was consistently warm and attentive, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and patiently answering all my questions, making me feel instantly welcome. Even more surprising was that Xiaoyu helped me apply for a free room upgrade; the new room was more spacious and had a better view, completely enhancing my experience. I must also praise the underfloor heating in the room; the temperature was perfectly adjusted, ensuring a comfortable and warm stay without any dryness, requiring no effort to adjust. I stayed at this hotel with my dog. It's located in an old street with Xinjiang-style architecture. The room even had a long balcony, which was great for enjoying the view in the morning. There are also plenty of food options right next to the hotel. The front desk staff was very kind. Even though she was a little scared of my dog, she still wanted to pet his head a lot. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Turpan with their pet!

The location is not on the side of the road, very quiet, the first floor is the Youth Hostel bed, the second floor is the room, 200 meters away is the food street, easy to eat. This place is about a 15-minute drive from Taxian county, located off a rural road, quite a distance from the town center. The views are incredible, with direct sight of the snow-capped mountains – the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the tent atmosphere is just perfect. We arrived late on the day, so we didn't really experience much in the way of attentive service; it was just a quick check-in and some directions. Since it's a tent camp, you can't drive directly to your tent. Luggage needs to be transported by the scenic area's shuttle bus, which can be a bit of a hassle and tiring if you have a lot of stuff. The breakfast was pretty average, not particularly lavish, but considering its remote, outdoor location, this standard is understandable. It works perfectly fine if you're looking for a guesthouse-like stay. Also, it was incredibly windy that night. If you're sensitive to wind noise or other sounds, I'd recommend checking the weather forecast beforehand, otherwise, it might affect your sleep. Overall, the experience was decent. Its main draw is the scenery and the unique tent experience. If you're looking for peace and quiet while enjoying snow mountain views, this is the place to be.

The hotel has a unique style and is a popular spot for many. The pool was empty during the off-season. The room's cleanliness wasn't great; the sink area was dusty, and the chairs and tables in the courtyard were covered in dust. I can understand all of that. What was truly despairing were the bugs. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a cockroach by the bed, which I dealt with and threw outside the door. In the morning, when I went to the toilet, there was another one by the commode. I truly had a headache dealing with it. On top of that, small black flying insects flew into my nose while I was sleeping at night. For this price, even in the off-season, it's not cheap, so why can't they even handle the bugs? Regarding pets, there's the cleaning fee. When I called in early April, they quoted one price, which was even lower than what was listed online. But when I arrived, the price they wanted was almost as much as the room rate. The young lady at the front desk was quite nice, and in the end, they charged me the online price. I hope you clarify your cleaning fee policy and ensure proper cleaning. When checking out, regular guests could just leave, but I had to wait for them to inspect the room before I could go. I paid more, was treated as inferior, and it delayed my departure time, almost causing me to miss my highway exit due to road closures. If you're worried, you could charge a deposit. It's really inconvenient for tourists who are in a hurry to travel.

Highly recommend! It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport, very quick to get to. The room is spacious and clean. They even provided a packed breakfast since I had an early flight.
