Compared with the price, the room is clean, cost-effective, and the overall stay is very comfortable. The big bed is made up of 2 small beds. The cockroach can sleep halfway, and the cup is small. However, this is the general situation of German hotels and can be understood.
Environment: The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet, very close to the supermarket, 3 to 4 minutes walk to reach
Facilities: Fully equipped, the bar is very comfortable at night
Service: The front desk and waiters at the hotel are very warm and friendly! !
The service was really bad too. They didn't come to clean the room for several days straight afterwards, and when the tissue box ran out, they wouldn't bring new ones, telling me to go downstairs to the front desk to get them myself. They didn't even provide drinking water in the room.
The hotel is very central. We were there to the Musical. Not far from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfast does not open any wishes. Only the hall bath is a little bit small. Since it rained, many guests wanted to use it, but there are only four beds.
The hotel is super close to the exhibition center – just step out, turn left, and cross the pedestrian bridge. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Block House steak is a definite highlight. Skyline is also just a straight 10-minute walk away. Public transport is easily accessible too, with a bus stop right around the corner.

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

The air conditioning was off, but a device kept making noise every ten minutes for five seconds, possibly an AC drain pump. At 11 PM, I went to the front desk for help. They listened for ten minutes and finally unplugged whatever was making the noise. The downside was the poor equipment, but at least there was AC, which was crucial during those 34-degree days.

As other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.
Really a very cost-effective hotel, the room is the same as the picture introduced (forgot to take a photo) the surrounding environment is great, the air is super good! You can take a walk to the forest to breathe fresh air, the pedestrian street is also very good, say back to the hotel, the service is very good, the cleaning is very clean, the breakfast is also very rich, the children do not want to go, but because the room can not continue to live, it is a pity!
Modern, clean, comfortable and rather new. Great location! Only flaw is a section of the flooring in my assigned room. Flooring was not even and creates squeaky/cracking noise when you step on it. Nearly tripped over several times. Was impossible to avoid as it is the main walk path within the room. Stayed only one night - too tired to ask for a change. But the rest of the room was nice.
The room was quite small, but that's typical for European hotels. For the price, it was decent. Despite its size, it had all the essential facilities, so I'd still recommend it. The breakfast was also okay.

Ggoatleomessi10Highly recommend!
Modern new hotel with bold design especially in the use of colors. Spacious room and reasonably clean, though I deducted 1 mark from cleanliness due to the strong odor in the corridor from recent renovation and some dust on the inside of the wardrobe, leaving some dusts on the sleeves of my jackets as well.
Excellent location, right next to the luxury shopping street and right in the heart of the city. Direct access to the S and U-bahn with escalators.
Amenities-wise, you can ring the reception to get you anything you need, even curling iron! 10 out of 10!
Would highly recommend!

Mmiss banzaiGreat value for fair price. It's located directly next to the Frankfurt Messe. The hotel itself is clean, good quality, nice lobby and very nice staff and service. I would definitely go back there.
EE CosmoI had an early morning flight, and this hotel was located in a block with other hotels. My taxi dropped me off in front of another similar-sounding hotel, so I had to carry my luggage a few hundred meters to the end of the road. At walking distance, there were a couple of good dining options. However the area isn't densely populated. The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable. The staff too was professional and friendly. I'd stay again.
GGuest UserNice three-star hotel,The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean and conveniently furnished. I missed only the water cooker on the room, however, it is not a duty for a three-star hotel.
Breakfast really super, all made with love..... clean selection...
The price was top with just €60 including breakfast.
I'm coming back
GGuest UserIt's located in a residential area, which is a bit tricky. Since it's near the airport, there's some airplane noise, but there's minimal street noise. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need a larger space, I recommend looking for another hotel. Please note that you'll need to take public transportation to get to nearby tourist attractions. Breakfast is standard German style, but somewhat basic.
AAnonymous UserThe Victoria Hotel Frankfurt is close to the central train station. It has an excellent location and is good in all aspects. The transportation is convenient and the rooms are OK. It is a recommended hotel.
GGuest UserWe had guests visiting and accommodated them in two double rooms. As the hotel is very conveniently located and the prices are reasonable, we chose the Domero. We were not disappointed. We can't comment on the breakfast as we ate out.
QqcgqtyThe hotel is very close to the train station, just exit from the side entrance of the train station. The area around the train station is very chaotic, but the side exit is quiet and much safer. The hotel is equivalent to domestic Home Inn business hotels. It is relatively clean, has complete facilities, free and fast internet, and the service staff are attentive and responsible. If the door of the single room you ordered cannot be opened, it will be directly upgraded to a double room for free. It is a very honest businessman. There are many fans during the European Cup.
EENHEThe front desk lady Anmeldung looked a little unhappy, maybe she was in a bad mood today or not feeling well, the hotel room facilities are very different, my colleague is very fashionable on the first floor, but the second floor looks to be improved, maybe the hotel is planning.
