We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed.
The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns.
After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk.
There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience.
The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. Really thank you, Coach Joni, Peter, Markus, Joonathan and the other staff I didn’t get your name.

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

I've only spent one night with my son, and we've been taken care of very well, it's very familiar. They offer you everything you need, it is located at the door. the only thing it does not have is private bathroom, and the beds are fine, the only thing I put a fault is the pillows. but I recommend it is my very nice, quiet, and good place to see aurora bowling, because it has 200 meters a perfect lake to see them.

李Breakfast is great! ! ! It is the best in this trip, the variety is not the most, but the taste is the best. While eating breakfast, while enjoying the forest snowfield outside the window, it is really beautiful~ I also had dinner at the restaurant, the Mexican roll And steak, very good. The hotel room is small but very homey, very warm~ the waiter is also very enthusiastic, and it helps a lot of our English rookie. Skiing is also very convenient outside, and ski rental is convenient and not expensive.

The room was very good, but the temperature of the hot tub was a little low. It was very ski-friendly, there was a restaurant downstairs, and the sleep was very good. You can travel with several families

XiaofengRight next to the bus stop, there is no need to find a place after arriving, the lady boss will go out to greet him personally, and the store is very enthusiastic! You can see the aurora basically when you leave the room (if you are lucky), there is also a bonfire waiting for the aurora. The bonfire is on the river bank, there is no light pollution. There are also projects such as skiing, snowmobiling, husky sledding, but it’s a little more expensive than the Sarika’s. The breakfast is 10 euros for one person, a typical European breakfast, the portion is sufficient and the taste is not bad. The apartment where the four of us live is also a small wooden house. The sanitary conditions are very good, and the room is quiet and suitable for posing. All in all, I highly recommend staying here for two or three days. The chalet here is not worse than the glass house in Sarika!

The cottage was what was promised in the description. It fit 2 adults + 2 teenagers and 2 dogs just fine. The kitchen equipment was good, everything you needed was found. We will definitely come again
