The room is clean, people are very comfortable, good breakfast! The hotel is antique but they have been well treated, inside the bathroom finds the toothpaste, dental stick, soap, etc. There is no mini bar. The night is very quiet. The area near the University, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, very easy to add to the bus, metro. Excellent quality- price, I advise you!

As always, this hotel is a sure bet. The staff are kind and professional, and the breakfast is superb. Both the breakfast and restaurant staff are always attentive and courteous. Dinner was very good, even though we arrived late due to a train delay. The only minor issues I found were in the room: the terrace door didn't close properly, and the kettle wasn't working. These are minor problems that shouldn't exist given the hotel's nightly rate and they did impact my overall rating, which otherwise would have been absolutely excellent. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied this time as well.

One thing to keep in mind is the sound insulation; the walls and ceilings are quite thin, meaning you can easily hear neighbors in the hallway or footsteps from the floors above. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a must. Dining Breakfast is a reliable, typical Italian spread. You can expect a variety of pastries, breads, and preserves, complemented by solid juices and a quality cappuccino to start your morning. It’s simple, sweet, and classic. Service The staff is a major plus. The front desk is accommodating and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or directions. Their welcoming attitude goes a long way in making up for the hotel’s older infrastructure. Location is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery. There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy. Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good. Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene. There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully. Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.

Fantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

Check-out is at 11 AM, but check-in isn't until 3 PM. You really need to plan your time accordingly, as the staff here are quite inflexible. It's been scorching hot in Rome these past few days. I booked several nights at this hotel, and they gave me a room with a faulty shower. When I asked to switch rooms in the afternoon, they refused, telling me to wait until tomorrow for someone to fix it. I could see there were other rooms available in their system, but the staff member then told me not to stare at their screen. She then switched to look for check-in information, trying to find my reservation. I had already told them that the faucet in room XX was broken. I then had to remind her that the check-in list she was looking at was for August, which is why she couldn't find my July reservation. In the end, I escalated the issue to Trip.com customer service and fixed the shower head myself. The front desk staff then belatedly informed me that I could switch rooms – *sigh*. Thanks to Trip.com for their proactive handling. I'm also leaving this review as a heads-up to my fellow Chinese travelers: stay safe when staying abroad and actively defend your rights!

AS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway. HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅ HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free. BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style.You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs. OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to the main attractions here in Rome. I booked the Basic Single Room and it was very spacious and comfortable for single travelers. The price may seem high but the location, service, and safety makes up for it. There is a police presence outside the hotel as your right by the Parliament adding a sense of safety throughout the day. The front desk was very helpful and respectful at check in and check out. If I ever come back to Rome and it’s in my budget I will definitely highly consider staying here again.

직원들도 되게 친절하고 아침도 나쁘지 않게 잘 나오는 편이고 엄청 외곽이라 12시 넘어서는 기차가 끊겨 택시를 타고가야한다는 단점이 있지만 그전에 왔다갔다 한다고 치면 완벽한 숙소임다 새로 생신 메트로 c라인도 콜로세움까지 한번만 타면 환승 팔요없이 25분이면 도착하고 가격대비 룸 컨디션도 최상이고 아주 좋슴다 ㄹㅇ 추천함요

Our pre‑check‑in experience was excellent. The accommodation operator responded promptly and followed up closely regarding our arrival details. Their attentiveness gave us confidence in the service quality, though unfortunately we did not get to stay this time. Our mother had always dreamed of visiting Europe, and after years of saving and months of careful planning, we finally secured tickets and bookings for London, Paris, Switzerland, and Rome. We were full of anticipation until war in the Middle East disrupted everything. Flights were cancelled, ticket prices soared beyond reach, and our hotel reservations were non‑refundable. Insurance claims were denied under the war exclusion clause. We do not blame the hotel for adhering to its policies—business is business, and we had agreed to the terms. But we strongly condemn the reckless decisions of politicians who ignited this conflict. War never solves problems; it only multiplies them. It destroys lives, families, homes, and economies, leaving ordinary people like us to bear the consequences. We sincerely hope peace will prevail soon, and that we will have the chance to stay at this hotel in the future.
