The room is clean, people are very comfortable, good breakfast! The hotel is antique but they have been well treated, inside the bathroom finds the toothpaste, dental stick, soap, etc. There is no mini bar. The night is very quiet. The area near the University, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, very easy to add to the bus, metro. Excellent quality- price, I advise you!

As always, this hotel is a sure bet. The staff are kind and professional, and the breakfast is superb. Both the breakfast and restaurant staff are always attentive and courteous. Dinner was very good, even though we arrived late due to a train delay. The only minor issues I found were in the room: the terrace door didn't close properly, and the kettle wasn't working. These are minor problems that shouldn't exist given the hotel's nightly rate and they did impact my overall rating, which otherwise would have been absolutely excellent. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied this time as well.

One thing to keep in mind is the sound insulation; the walls and ceilings are quite thin, meaning you can easily hear neighbors in the hallway or footsteps from the floors above. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a must. Dining Breakfast is a reliable, typical Italian spread. You can expect a variety of pastries, breads, and preserves, complemented by solid juices and a quality cappuccino to start your morning. It’s simple, sweet, and classic. Service The staff is a major plus. The front desk is accommodating and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or directions. Their welcoming attitude goes a long way in making up for the hotel’s older infrastructure. The room was a bit dated, but it was spotless. A key thing to know is that Italian hotels often provide two flat sheets instead of a duvet cover. If you're staying, you can choose to sleep between them.

The room was a tiny cabin with absolutely no amenities, just a bed. It was about 100 meters from the shared bathroom and 200 meters from the front desk. The resort only had a pizza place and a T-bone steak restaurant. Being in the mountains, there were no other dining options or supermarkets outside the hotel, and transportation was incredibly inconvenient. You had to take the hotel's scheduled shuttle at 8:45 AM and 7:00 PM. If you missed it, you had to walk 2 kilometers to the train station – what a nightmare! This hotel is only suitable for those with their own car and absolutely not for solo travelers. I guess I was the first to try it out. And for this so-called resort hotel, they even charged me double the tourist tax. I hope Trip.com stops recommending it to avoid misleading others.

The room was newly renovated in 2026, exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. There's a basement level for luggage storage where you can set your own password, which is very secure and convenient. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, guiding us on places to visit. What's even more convenient is that the hotel is very close to Termini Station; you can take the direct train from the airport to the hotel. Highly recommended!

I liked the hotel. The location is great: it's on the outskirts of the city, but it's in a very nice area. The train and metro stations are within walking distance, and there are buses stopping right next to the hotel, making it easy to get to the historic city center. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and very comfortable. There's a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. And the coffee is simply excellent.

The breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean, had a safe, and was elegantly decorated. However, the air conditioning system didn't heat; guests checking in after mid-November and those who are sensitive to the cold should consider this. I woke up freezing at night and had to get out of bed to put on thermal underwear/add a spare blanket to feel warmer. I stayed in room 201, which had a bad location; the window faced a wall with black pipes, which was visually unpleasant.
