Very beautiful and suggestive location. Surrounded by greenery, in an ancient villa divided into three buildings.
The villa also offers a swimming pool and relaxation areas.
Things to improve:
1) Undoubtedly the breakfast. Even if well stocked, the quality and especially the freshness of certain products (especially the sweet compared to the salty) definitely leaves something to say.
2) The swimming pool is small compared to the number of guests, a problem that is more evident in August. It could also offer more essential services (the absence of changing rooms and a bathroom)
3) Greater attention to detail, what you would expect from a 4-star structure.

It was quite a challenging stay. The requests I made in the booking were completely ignored. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms, which seemed to upset the front desk staff quite a bit.
A South Asian porter helped us with our luggage. I didn't have any small change, as I mostly pay with cards and rarely use cash, so I only gave him a 2 Euro coin as a tip. From that moment on, whenever he saw us, he showed absolutely no expression. I mean, it's not like I was going to give him a 200 or 500 Euro bill, right? Was it even worth that much?
The hotel breakfast was excellent. The room, although not as good as the original one after the change, was still acceptable.
The location is fantastic: just a few dozen meters from the train station, and there's an airport shuttle right outside. There are no issues with the location, and the area isn't as chaotic as some say.
The only problem is that all the staff had rather cold and indifferent expressions, making you feel, for a moment, like you weren't even in Italy! I won't be staying here again, even with its many advantages. I just don't want to deal with their attitudes!
Very good, the price is good in the off-season, but it is inconvenient without driving. There is nothing inside, so you need to bring it with you. It is actually recommended to bring your own sheets because it will not be too clean, but overall it is good and I feel very safe. There is a door blocking the entrance, very safe
The building looks quite old and common areas. The rooms are renovated and quite new. The cleaning if it looks a little deficient. The location is exceptional!!

The hotel is in a great location, just to the right of the top of the Spanish Steps. We could walk down to the luxury street below every day, or walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Mouth of Truth, Castel Sant'Angelo, and more distant locations like the Colosseum and the Vatican. The metro is also very convenient, just a five-minute walk away. The daily breakfast was also quite good, with bread, fruit, coffee, eggs, and meat. The room was clean, and the minibar was free every day. There was one issue: the daily cleaning supplies were haphazard, like the coffee; sometimes they were restocked, sometimes not.
The location is definitely this hotel's biggest highlight. It's just a few minutes' walk to both the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, making it super convenient for exploring the city center.
The front desk area is small, but the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming every day, which was lovely. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had decent space – we could easily open both a 28-inch and a 20-inch suitcase. What surprised me most was the soundproofing. There are quite a few shops downstairs, and it seemed a bit lively when walking by, but in the room, we couldn't hear any noise at all. The windows did a fantastic job of blocking out sound.
Just a few other points: The breakfast is quite simple, mostly cold items. It's fine for basic needs, but taste is a personal preference. The air conditioning is centrally controlled by the front desk. Also, the room doesn't provide slippers, so remember to bring your own.
Overall, considering its excellent location and great soundproofing, it offers fantastic value for money and is definitely worth recommending!
I only stayed one night as my flight was very early in the morning.
The location was excellent (10-12min) to the airport by shuttle o 1 station (Parco Leonardo) by train to Fiumicino
The shuttle pick us up on time at 4.15am. (first shuttle of the day)
Since it is next to the a Mall I was able to have my lunch there as well.
I would rebook with them again (if needed)
Hotel located in a strategic position, in the northern area of Viterbo, very close to the Orte - Viterbo highway exit. Very kind staff at reception, they immediately give you the necessary information on how to get around by car to reach the center of Viterbo. excellent breakfast, with a large assortment of sweet and savory foods, waitstaff promptly asking what type of drinks you want, with impeccable kindness. as regards the cleanliness of the rooms, more attention should be paid to the fundamental things. given that the room has carpet, it would be appropriate to clean it with an electric broom in the morning, as it left me in doubt as to whether this service would be performed. in the bathroom the accessories are available and disposable, but the tiles in the bathroom itself should also be cleaned, as upon arriving on the first day, I noticed that there were some tiles that were not cleaned well and this inconvenience remained for the entire duration of the stay. however the welcome, the cleanliness in general, and the kindness of all the staff is to be taken into consideration

EElva LuoThe room is clean, people are very comfortable, good breakfast!
The hotel is antique but they have been well treated, inside the bathroom finds the toothpaste, dental stick, soap, etc. There is no mini bar. The night is very quiet.
The area near the University, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, very easy to add to the bus, metro.
Excellent quality- price, I advise you!
GGuest UserI'm a custom of this hotel when we come to Rome if we find the right offer we are happy to stay there . The staff is the flower in the eye of this careful and gentle structure , especially the restaurant and breakfast room that welcome you with a gentleness difficult to find. The rooms are comfortable some may be a little date in relation to the price of this hotel but functional , superlative breakfast , the location in my case perfect but perhaps a little away from the historic centre of Rome , whatever it is well served by the taxis
HHeisei3TokyoSnowThe location near Roma Termini is incredibly convenient for getting to the airport or other cities. However, I found the facilities a bit dated. The 'duvet' was actually just a sheet and a blanket, and I even found a stray false eyelash on the blanket. That said, I'm not overly sensitive about hygiene, so I just tossed the blanket aside and made do. The soundproofing isn't great; you'd be unlucky if you had noisy neighbors at night. The area around the hotel is a bit iffy – lots of parked motorcycles and some homeless people – but the friendliness of the Italians made up for it.
SS5akiThey were friendly and sweet when I was in trouble they always game me a hand that’s why I was impressed.
If I came again in Roma would be booking again
Thank you.
GGuest UserLocation is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery.
There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy.
Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good.
Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene.
There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully.
Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.
GGuest UserI called the campsite and no one spoke English. I was told to email them to communicate, but I didn't receive a reply after emailing for many days until I checked out. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room. We were sent from the campsite to La Giustiana train station at 8:45 am every day and arrived at the train station at 9:00 am. We were picked up at the same train station and returned to the campsite at 7 pm. It cost one euro per person per trip.
CChingGoesGlobalAS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway.
HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅
HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free.
BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style. You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs.
OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰
TTataTnaI give 5 stars just for the perfect location!!! Train station is far but everywhere is walkable from this hotel! Buses are close by! I was with my folks for 4 days and we literally walked everywhere!! We took bus only once from Travestere to Borghese Garden as they were literally in opposite directions! Rooms are a but outdated and in need of refurbishment! The breakfast was alright, was buffet with both hot and cold options and also some pastries and bakery! The staff were nice and helpful except the receptionist guy R who did not seem too enthusiastic to even talk to the guests! Overall okay-ish experience! I would recommend staying a bit further from Pantheon to avoid soending too much on hotel just for the location! Because you could save a fortune by using local buses and still not losing time! Because the main attractions are pretty much close to one another! Just plan ahead and try to get organised! If you go to Vatican try to start your day early to make the most out of your time and do your research too! Also right at the entrance of the hotel, there are lots of nice restaurants I also did people watching from my hotel window! Was lovely and the next day went to eat there! A bit noisy because of its location! People were drinking and chatting u til late! Just had to close the window and use my earplugs which helped!
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to the main attractions here in Rome. I booked the Basic Single Room and it was very spacious and comfortable for single travelers. The price may seem high but the location, service, and safety makes up for it. There is a police presence outside the hotel as your right by the Parliament adding a sense of safety throughout the day. The front desk was very helpful and respectful at check in and check out. If I ever come back to Rome and it’s in my budget I will definitely highly consider staying here again.
