Cleanliness: looks a bit dated but I think cleanliness is maintained quite well for the lifetime of this hotel. Location: Fairly convenient, being extremely near the JR bus station. Service: Limited English but staff tries to help as much as possible. Will not be able to cancel if too near timing and payment is made. Please check. Amenities: Looks a bit dated. Breakfast buffet is Japanese style with limited options. Kaiseki dinner is good. Overall, if you are considering a budget option with kaiseki dinner. This hotel is reasonable. Just dont expect near perfect spick and span as ultimately, this hotel has a long history. If you dont have high expectations, then you will not be disappointed.
