The service was impeccable and the location was great. I stayed in a capsule room by myself, and the bed space was a bit small; I'd advise caution if you're over 170cm tall. I strongly recommend choosing a private single or double room at this hotel instead. The capsule rooms were quite messy and the people were a mixed bag. Someone was still packing their belongings past midnight, making a lot of noise, and people started getting up around 6 AM, so I didn't get a good rest. However, this hotel offers free drinks, including some alcoholic beverages, and you can even have some noodles in the evening, which is really a nice touch.
The hotel has a good environment, far from the city, very quiet. It is a surprise to come with hot spring ♨️. It's just that the follow-up service of trip.com is poor. You have to work hard to contact the hotel yourself. I don't know that trip.com receive service charge is to provide this service quality.
We stayed at LC Goryokaku Hotel during our family trip to Hakodate and were pleasantly surprised by how well it suited our needs. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Goryokaku Park and the Tower, which made it easy for us to explore the area with our kids without needing transportation all the time.
The room was clean, spacious enough for a small family, and had thoughtful touches like slippers, toiletries, and even a small seating area where we could unwind. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet at night, which made it easy for the children to fall asleep.
The hotel also offers free drinks in the lounge, which was a nice touch, and there's a laundry area, which is very useful when traveling with kids.
Came in February (stayed one night) and came back again in November this time to stay two nights. Still one of my, if not favourite hotels ever. Charming hotel with excellent view. Really really awesome hotel. They even somehow knew my birthday was near and celebrated it by offering us a glass of champagne and a nice picture printed out. If possible, try staying 2 nights at least to fully relax and experience all that the hotel has to offer. From the food to the views to even the afternoon craft beer… everything is so so good 🫨
It was a room that children would be happy! When I entered the building, there were cute modern decorations, and it seemed that security in the middle of the night was also solid. We didn't go, but there seems to be a hidden spot and barbecue facility on the roof! Is the hall renewed? Like old and new? I think the cleaning was clean, but I couldn't get down because I felt like the pillows smelled like dust (^^ ;; Children who are tired of sightseeing for adults in Hakodate are also happy to return to the hotel I think it's a place is! You can stay with a large number of people, so I think it's good to stay with everyone on a trip with grandpa and grandma! However, please note that there is no hot spring!
The time of the clock that is integrated with the bed is different for about 10 hours (it cannot be corrected), and there is only this clock that you can see at once in the room, so you know that the time of the clock is different. It was confusing. I thought it would be nice to have a radio alarm clock with a thermometer and humidity meter (you don't need to be a branded product).
Other than that, the front desk was polite and the bath was wider and comfortable than I thought.
Only the bed clock was a pity.
This hotel is not recommended if not by car. It is far from the main ski areas. But their service is nothing to say. The shuttle buses once an hour. The rooms are super clean, the scenery is nice, very quiet, good luck and you can see foxes. The staff are very patient and have questions and answers. I have a little problem in the itinerary. They all helped us book the car and pick us up. If I drive, I will definitely come back.
The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's ski valet is a major reason why we ski here; it saves so much effort when you're tired from skiing. Last year, I remember there were enthusiastic staff members who helped with putting on and taking off ski boots; it seems that service isn't available this year. It would be even better if it were! 😄 Thank you! 🙏
The location is great, the facilities are great, and the room is very clean. The only downside is that the toilet in the standard double room is very small; you'll bump into it if you turn around. However, there is a free foot bath, a great public space (with limited-time free drinks), and a large public bath. Overall, I would give it a very high rating!
The Nukabira Onsen Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Great
AArieSfwxnI had a very nice stay here in winter. The snow was heavy and covered the cottage. It is so beautiful. They provide good amenities include the heater and kitchen. But the location was not ideal for public transportation. The nearest bus stop is 1.2km from the cottage -Fujiyama ( bus to Niseko station or any ski resort). However GoTaxi apps are available to save you. And the nearest convenient store 7E is about 1.7km from the cottage. I love to stay here and hopes to coming back next time. And from the cottage you will see a very nice view of Mount Yotei as well.
GGuest UserLooking for parking lot is difficult in winter season! Need to more information for public parking lot. Some of parking lot is not available.
