On the third-day stay, I folded and left my pyjamas on bed before I went out. Unfortunately, when I returned to room, I found my pyjamas was on the sofa which was in a messy status(not folded). Apparently, the room agent just left it there in order to tidy the bed sheet or whatever. I mean should it be returned to the original place after it was moved? What’s wrong with it? It’s not acceptable to be honest

The first floor houses a stylish small shopping center, Shinfukan, with trendy brands, which is quite interesting. I would definitely choose to stay here again. I'd love to know the brand of the mattresses and pillows, my daughter really enjoyed them!

The customer service is quite patient. It is close to the scenic area of ​​Arashiyama and takes about 15 minutes to walk. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. However, unlike other hotels, this hotel requires check-out before 10 o'clock, so please pay attention. Overall it is a comfortable hotel

The room was quite clean, but it's a bit far from the city center! However, there's a supermarket and mall just a short walk away, which is great, and a bus stop right downstairs makes it convenient for getting to attractions! Nijo Station is also nearby, which is handy for using the JR Mini Pass to visit surrounding cities. The only downside is that Japan at this time of year is unbelievably hot, especially Kyoto with all its outdoor attractions – it was so hot I couldn't even speak! And a word of warning: avoid Nijo Castle in the summer! It's way too hot and there's no air conditioning!!!!
