思っていた以上に部屋もきれいで臭いもなく快適にすごさせていただきました。温泉も夕食前と朝と2回ゆっくりと入れました。ただ私事ですが予約した部屋が広すぎて洋室か和室のプランで良かったですね。
食事もワンランク上の松坂牛(プランがうまっていた)がやはり食べたかったかな！スタッフさんもテキパキしていて若い子が印象的でした。
朝食のときに、うちのシ-ズに声をかけて頂いてそれに私達ともいろいろ話して頂いてありがとうございました。スタッフさんと話をするのも旅行の楽しみだから！また白浜に行くことがあればぜひ行きたいです。

I've stayed at this hotel about once before
It is a very special castle style design and the lobby is very gorgeous. Don’t believe it is just a 4-star hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel. The hot springs are all designed.
The breakfast and dinner buffets have a lot of variety and the taste is generally good.
This time I will visit again and we will prepare welcome refreshments.

We used it with five families and a dog (small dog).
From reservation to accommodation, I was able to contact you by email and so on, and I was able to spend very comfortable.
It is necessary to be careful because it is a place where the address is not given by the navigation, but I think it will not be lost so much because it can be taught in detail.
The cleaning was clean and I was saved by preparing a lot of towels.
The market was close and the location was good.
If I have the opportunity, I would like to use it again.

和室の部屋は充分な広さで寛げる。
予約したプランの食事は、惣菜2種、揚げ物、刺身、豚肉の小鍋、ご飯味噌汁だったが、少量のため、刺身5種盛合わせを追加。

The room is very large, mainly Japanese self-driving, on the mountain, up the mountain can be walked for 15 minutes. The hotel does not have a shuttle bus, but the supervisor is very good, knowing that we have no car, twice driving us to the JR station, people are very good

The room was very clean. The landlady was kind and could communicate in Chinese using a translation software. I ordered her breakfast for 800 yen and it was very comfortable. I didn’t know what to choose from the meal. I just ate what she made and I was very satisfied. This B&B can pick you up from the station. I don’t speak Japanese, so I can only walk there. When I left, she drove me to the station. I liked it very much! The bus runs twice a day, and it’s difficult to take a taxi. The pick-up and drop-off is very pleasant.

The villa is clean and hygienic. The most important thing is that there is a private sauna room. There is a large swimming pool with two large bathtubs. There is a large kitchen for cooking. 👍👍 Next time you can join your family or friends.

Vvisage benten3環境、お風呂は良かったのですが、
ドッグランの周り雑草が気になりました。
後、エアコンのフィルターがの埃がすごく掃除してから使用しました。何故か自宅にいる様で！
2階のエアコンはベッドが汚れるといけないので、掃除はしませんでした。
少し早目にチェックできたのは感謝です。
