The staff were very kind. They even came to pick me up when I went to the riad, so I was able to get there without getting lost. After checking out, they accompanied me to catch a taxi and told the driver where to go, so I was able to get around without any trouble. The building was also very beautiful, and breakfast felt luxurious. It's also conveniently located near the Blue Gate. It was a great stay.

特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。

It's the first hotel I stayed in Meknes. It's a bit far from the city center. It's free parking, so you can park right in front of the hotel. It was good, but it was during Ramadan. I didn't have room service, so I went out for dinner. I had to solve it. There's no refrigerator in the room. It was a little uncomfortable.

The Riad is good, is very clean and the reception was hearty – we got tea and felt welcome first. Unfortunately, the host has quickly tried to push us his products, which was unpleasant. The dinner was very delicious, but the strong smell from the toilet was disturbing. Totally mixed impression.

This is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

This hotel is very beautiful. The boss is an intellectual. He is very nice and enthusiastic. He speaks a little Chinese. The breakfast was generous, but it only started at 9 o'clock, and each guest was very slow. I ate for an hour and didn't wait for an omelette. If the schedule is tight, it is recommended to go out to eat, after all, the old city is on the side. The post office and the bank, as well as the blue door of Bruges, are also nearby. It is very convenient to take a taxi. The room was tidy. Hair dryer and air conditioner-his hair dryer works well. Prepare your own shampoo and shower gel.

Хороший красивый риад, всё чисто и аккуратно, фотографии соответствуют действительности. Внимательный персонал: нам помогли с такси и встретили, отвечали на все вопросы и пожелания. На крыше красивая терраса, с нее великолепный вид: днем - на горы, ночью - на звезды. Белье чистое, вода горячая, птицы поют. Действительно не к чему придраться. Риад предложил нам контакты туристического агентства для организации экскурсии по Фесу, вот с ними были проблемы, но к самому отелю это отношения не имеет.
