Pet-friendly Hotels in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks.

It’s good place

It was okay. nothing special for a “5 start” resort. Arrive after 3pm and didn’t get checked in until after 4pm

The hotel’s staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for taking a train since it’s 5 minute’s walk from the train station. The breakfast is the best that we have had among the hotels we stayed in Morocco. We’re happy to recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech and takes trains.

A well maintained hotel with responsive staff. Most amenities are not provided automatically but can be requested.

Value for money very bad and misleading advertising: The location is great, the servers are super nice and helpful BUT: 1. totally chemical orange juice low end at breakfast 2. pool without overflow and especially dirty, without filtration. We had to clean it ourselves several times. 3. very incomplete meal card: there are many things missing. Too bad!!!

Good service and facilities. The place is beautiful, and the food is great.

The room is in the old town, but the front desk sent someone to pick up the luggage and it was fine. The traditional Moroccan architecture is elegant and grand, with a unique interior decoration style. Our two rooms are in the new building and the old building, respectively, and each is different. The breakfast is simple but very exquisite, and you can experience a delicious meal in the sound of birds.

I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. Delicious breakfast, beautiful riad - just as like on the pictures. The owner and his family members (staff) were very helpful and kind.
