NNataliBarliAt Raid Yakimur we rested with our son. Even before the trip, we answered our questions in detail, ordered us a transfer. When settlement, we had a Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the first floor, leaving the room we were immediately in a beautiful public zone. Very unusual experience of living in a raid. In the room comfortable beds. I lacked lighting, but it gave a certain atmosphere. Unfortunately, during our stay, breakfast on the roof was not possible due to the weather, but there was always possible to go up and take pictures. Raid himself is very atmospheric. Responsive, attentive and pleasant staff work there. They did everything to make us comfortable in the riad. Next time we'll definitely come back here again!

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

LLishBWe arrived at night at Jnane Rihane Marrakesh, was received by a lovely young man abdul(not sure of spelling)He took time to explain everything, took us to the room and our luggage. This place is a wee gem beautiful full of plants flowers its a breath of fresh air in all the heat its calming, relaxing and peaceful.
You have breakfast/ meals in the gardens which is amazing and chilled. Food and service is top notch, Morrocon breakie is a great start of the day.
The pool which is beside the eating with enough space between is fantastic and open all times and an amazing large space jacuzzi space which comes on regularly perfect n a big plus.
I will defos come back rooms are fab, spacious n great cooling system fab showers and toilet. The cleaners do a fab job and are very kind, very clean corners all round.
This Riad has a beautiful museum a room you can just chill.
Staff check on you to make sure you are well, we got complementary drinks/fruits on hot days and we got a treat lunch from Riad owner which was delicious.
I will defos return n tell my family n friends coz the hospitality was wonderful. Ishmael thank you ,Mami and Hend just to mention a few thank you all.

GGuest UserEverything was okay, personel was super friendly. One day in my room was a little bit cold. But except this everything was okay. Hit water in the shower, cute rooftop and the cutest ginger cat coming to you for cuddles omgggg im still missing this cutie! I Reserved 2 days with one day no reservation for climbing jabal Toubkal and they kept my stuff without any problem! Breakfast was 4€ and it was pretty big and pretty good breakfast including mint tea ♥️

GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great service from the staff, it felt like they actually care about making your stay great. Room service is around multiple times to replenish items.
The best place in my 2 weeks in the country. Beach is right in front, decent gym and heated indoor pool, short walk to the markets. Outdoor pool isn't heated and was a bit cold to swim in Dec.
I enjoyed the breakfast, some interesting items like banana jam. Thank you all. 😊

FFede UrThe Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax.
Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe.
I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect.
Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.

AAppleKWonderful location walking distance to most of attractions in Marrarkech 10 minutes from Jewish Quarter, Palais Badi, Bab Agnaou, 10 - 15 minutes to La Koutoubia, Le Jardin Secret. However we got lost looking for the Riad when arriving the first day. It would have been helpful if more clear and detailed directions were given (not just a map) with the booking confirmation.
The Riad is very clean. Staff cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. Breakfast was simple but transitional and delicious, limited plastic packaging involved very environmental friendly - love it.
Overall we enjoyed our staying and definitely recommend anyone who are looking for Marrakech Riad experience.
