Pet-friendly Hotels in Vestland, Norway

The room boasts an excellent location, right by the pier. The in-house BryggeriPub, a popular spot, gets incredibly crowded in the evenings. Hotel guests receive priority, but reservations are highly recommended to avoid a very long wait. The room itself is small, and essential toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided. However, the water pressure is strong, with excellent flow. An electric kettle is available. The mattress is on the softer side, which might be an issue for older guests or those with back/neck problems. Breakfast truly stands out, offering a wide selection of dishes prepared by skilled chefs.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Bergen on foot. There is a COOP supermarket nearby and few more others within walking distances which is very convenient. However, as the hotel concept is more SMART hotel so every process is done through machine including check in-out, luggage storage, etc.

A comfortable room... And I only had a standard room facing the mountain. Two comfortable armchairs for relaxing after long days of hiking were worth their weight in gold. A nice bathroom with a large shower. Overall, the room was above average in size. Breakfast was good. Unless a cruise ship was docked (usually around 7:30 a.m.), you could also have a view of the fjord from the breakfast room.

The hotel is the most lively in the town. There are no restaurants around and people are relatively rare. But there are apple bases around, and there are many apple trees on the mountain. Every household is full of apples and no one picks them.
